Rosen Associates Management Corp. (516-333-2000) has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for Delco Plaza, a 142,000 sq.ft. shopping center anchored by King Kullen, CVS, Mandee’s Dress Barn and Chuck E. Cheese at the intersection of Route 107 and Old Country Road in Hicksville, NY. Spaces of 2,000 sq.ft. to 15,000 sq.ft. are available, and expansion possibilities exist to accommodate tenants requiring up to 25,000 sq.ft.

Trammell Crow Company (561-394-3388) has been named exclusive property manager of a 325,000 sq.ft. shopping center portfolio in WI including Delavan Plaza in Delavan and Westdayl in Baraboo, WI. Kmart and Walgreens anchor both properties.

Mid-America Asset Management Company (MAAMCO) (630-954-7300) has been named exclusive property and construction manager for two buildings on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile in Chicago, IL. The company managed the redesign of a 15,000 sq.ft. Disney Store and the development of a 32,224 sq.ft. Saks Fifth Avenue Men’s Store at 717 North Michigan. At 605 North Michigan, the company is managing the development of a 13,170 sq.ft. Guess Jeans flagship store in the former Bigsby & Kruthers space.

Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) has been named exclusive leasing agent for Just-A-Buck in CT, NJ and NY. The company plans to open as many as 15 stores in the coming year. The stores occupy spaces of 3,000 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft. in shopping centers anchored by supermarkets and discount department stores.

Breslin Realty (516-741-7400) has been named exclusive leasing agent for Greenlawn Plaza in Greenlawn, NY by Federal Realty Investment Trust. The shopping center is undergoing renovations, and when completed will house a 50,000 sq.ft. Waldbaum’s. Spaces of 1,200 sq.ft. to 25,000 sq.ft. are available.

Landau & Heyman (312-780-1953) has been named exclusive leasing agent for University Mall, a 709,000 sq.ft. shopping center in Carbondale, IL. The mall is anchored by Famous Barr, JC Penney and K’s Merchandise and also houses more than 70 shops, a six-unit food court and two restaurants.
