Lease SigningsRCM/Konover Trust (919-462-8787) leased 14,032 sq.ft. to Badcock Home Furniture & More at Caladesi Shopping Center in Dunedin, FL. Badcock plans to open as many as 60 locations over the next five years. The chain operates 345 stores in Al, Fl, GA, MS, NC, SC and TN. The parent company, WS Badcock Corporation, owns 70 stores while licensing the balance.
Grubb & Ellis (760-438-7231) leased 24,000 sq.ft. to Henrys Marketplace, a division of Wild Oats Market, on Genesee Avenue in Clairemont, CA on behalf of Forrest F.R. Fisher.
The Cafaro Company (330-747-2661) leased 31,080 sq.ft. to Gander Mountain at Millcreek Pavilion in Erie, PA, and 11,600 sq.ft. to Chuck E. Cheese at Vancouver Plaza in Puyallup, WV.
Island Associates (631-587-5050) brokered the lease of 4,000 sq.ft. to Corners Framing Store on Franklin Avenue in Franklin Square, NY, and leased 12,000 sq.ft. to Tutor Time on Landing Avenue in Smithtown, FL with a 15-year deal at an aggregate rent of $3.3 million.
Pace Properties (314-968-9898) represented the lessor and lessee in leasing 7,425 sq.ft. to Deal$ at The Crossings in St. Louis, MO. Real Estate Investors Four, Inc. was the lessor. The company represented the lessor, RREEF Funds, in the leasing of 2,400 sq.ft. to Bath & Body Works, Inc. at Heritage Place Shopping Center in Creve Coeur, MO. The company represented the lessee, Deal$, in leasing 9,760 sq.ft. from Bradley Operating Limited Partnership at Crossroads Center Shopping Center in Fairview Heights, IL. The company also represented the sublessee, LA Weight Loss Centers, in leasing 2,100 sq.ft. from Rare Hospitality, Inc. at Ballwin Plaza in St. Louis, MO.
Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate (757-640-8700) leased 2,400 sq.ft. to Rent-Way Inc. at Tidewater Shopping Center in Norfolk, VA, and 1,134 sq.ft. to All Uniforms Etc. at Birchwood Mall in Virginia Beach, VA;
Flocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) represented the lessor in leasing 1,675 sq.ft. to Pacific Bell PCS Store at Glasshouse Square Shopping Center in San Diego, CA with a five-year lease with an aggregate rent of $250,777. The store is slated to open during June of this year.
MRO Management, Inc. (915-687-0148) leased 3,500 sq.ft. to Burger & Fries at River Oaks Shopping Center in Abilene, TX; and 3,193 sq.ft. to Precision Fitness at The Plaza in Tulsa, OK. |
