Ripco Real Estate (610-834-8000) has been selected by Trammell Crow Company to be the exclusive leasing agent for two proposed shopping centers in NJ. The first is a 350,000 sq.ft. project located at the intersection of Route 38 and Ark Road in Mount Laurel, NJ, and the second is a 285,000 sq.ft. project located at the intersection of the Black Horse Pike and Fries Mill Road in Washington Township, NJ. Pre-leasing is under way at both proposed centers. Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (610-525-3345) was named exclusive leasing agent for 10,000 sq.ft. at Continental Plaza in Cherry Hill, NJ. The balance of the 40,000 sq.ft. building is occupied by Continental Plaza, a high-end furniture and custom kitchen retailer.
