CB Richard Ellis (520-323-5100) brokered the leasing of 2,876 sq.ft. to Radio Shack and 2,160 sq.ft. to Check ‘n’ Go at Randolph Plaza, located on 22nd Street between Alvernon and Columbus in Tucson, AZ. Check ‘n’ Go will be moving into the space formerly occupied by Radio Shack, which is relocating in the center between Walgreens and Peter Piper Pizza, next to Sally Beauty Supply.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate (856-866-1900) in conjunction with Excess Space Disposition, completed 21 subleases for Eckerd Drug locations in DE, PA and NJ. The stores, totaling more than 151,000 sq.ft. became available primarily due to the company’s decision to relocate to freestanding facilities. 50 additional Eckerd Drug properties remain available in the tri-state region, ranging in size from 5,000 sq.ft. to 14,000 sq.ft. The company also brokered the subleasing of 10,000 sq.ft. to Family Dollar at the Main Road Shopping Center located in Vineland, NJ.

 

AmCap Properties (303-321-1500) leased 1,020 sq.ft. to Game Force at Broomfield Plaza in Broomfield, CO.

 

Katz & Associates (914-735-2592) leased space to Galyan’s Trading Company for its first NY location at the Walden Galleria Mall in Buffalo, NY. Katz & Associates is the exclusive leasing agent for the company, which plans to open seven or eight additional stores in the 80,000 sq.ft. to 100,000 sq.ft. range.

 

Ripco Real Estate Corp. (610-834-8000) brokered the leasing of 11,000 sq.ft. to Zany Brainy at Camp Hill Mall, a 500,000 sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of Routes 11 and 15 near Harrisburg, PA. The center is anchored by Boscov’s, Giant Food, Barnes & Noble and Montgomery Ward.

 

Mid-America Real Estate Group (630-954-7300) represented the landlord in the leasing of 3,014 sq.ft. to Indus Valley Restaurant at Iroquois Center located at the intersection of Ogden and Iroquois in Naperville, IL. The company also leased 1,203 sq.ft. to Fromex One Hour Photo at the same center. The company represented the landlord in the leasing of 4,902 sq.ft. to the Japanese steakhouse Rok Bon Ki at Ridge Plaza in Arlington Heights, IL. The company leased 900 sq.ft. to The Phone Outlet at Chase Plaza located in Buffalo Grove, IL. The company also brokered the subleasing of 91,000 sq.ft. formerly housing Dominick’s to Value City Department Stores at The Yards, a shopping center project located on South Damen in Chicago, IL slated to open during the Fall.

 

Sanson Group (314-727-6664) leased 2,350 sq.ft. to St. Louis Pizza Kitchen at Hilltop Village shopping center in St. Louis, MO.
