Boyd Page (713-877-8400) represented the landlord, Lane Partnership No. 1, L.P in the leasing of a .97-acre parcel to Pizza Hut at New Forest Crossing Shopping Center located at the northwest corner of Wallisville Road and Beltway 8 in Houston, TX. The company also represented the tenant, Factory 2-U in the leasing of 18,000 sq.ft. at Southway Shopping Center located on South Gessner in Houston, TX. Levcor, Inc. was the lessor. The company also represented the tenant, Starbucks Corp., in the leasing of 1,885 sq.ft. located at the intersection South Shepherd Drive and Harold Street, also in Houston, TX. Boyd Page has brokered the leasing of 45 spaces for Starbucks shops during the last five years. Boyd Page represented the landlord, AmREIT in the leasing of 6,000 sq.ft. to Mattress Giant in a space formerly housing Just For Feet fronting Colony Square Shopping Center located on U.S. Highway 59 South between Highway Six and First Colony Boulevard in Houston, TX. The company also leased 10,750 sq.ft. to Sugar Land Imaging in a portion of the same space. Garrick-Aug Worldwide (212-850-0200) leased 3,900 sq.ft. to Cosmetics Plus located on West 57th Street just west of Fifth Avenue in New York City, NY. Other tenants in the area include Bergdorf Goodman, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bulgari, Rizzoli, Ascot Chang and Hammer Galleries.
Colliers/Spaulding & Slye (617-531-4122) represented the lessor, The Haughey Group, in the leasing of 25,000 sq.ft. in the Shop n Save Plaza located in Lowell, MA to A.J. Wright.
Walpert Properties (314-567-1221) represented both the tenant and landlord in the leasing of 9,720 sq.ft. to Family Dollar at Washington Square Shopping Center located on Washington Avenue in Alton, IL. The company also represented the lessor in the leasing of 2,990 sq.ft. to Blockbuster Video at the same center. Wm. Boudoures Co. represented the lessee.
Taubman Centers, Inc. (248-258-7367) leased a 140,000 sq.ft. anchor space to Lord & Taylor at The Mall at Oyster Bay, an 860,000 sq.ft. project to be built on the site of the former Cerro Wire Works near South Oyster Bay Road and the Long Island Expressway in Syosset, NY. A 2003 opening is projected. Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) leased 2,000 sq.ft. to Photomasters at PMP Plaza located on West Commercial Boulevard in Tamarac, FL. The five-year lease was valued at $106,000; 4,092 sq.ft. to Mega-Dollar at Maplewood Plaza located on University Drive in Coral Springs, FL. The five-year lease was valued at $271,500; and 1,100 sq.ft. to Party Makers at Village Shoppes at Lighthouse Point located on the northwest corner of Federal Highway and 39th Street in Lighthouse Point, FL.
Zell Commercial Real Estate (602-248-0600) leased 4,027 sq.ft. to Blockbuster at ABCO Desert Foothills Shopping Center located at the northeast corner of Chandler Boulevard and Desert Foothills in Phoenix, AZ. The company also leased 2,400 sq.ft. to Walts Jewelers at Chandler Marketplace located at the northwest corner of Alma School and Ray Roads in Chandler, AZ. The location will replace the companys existing store in the area.

The center is anchored by Acme, Regal Cinema, Marshalls and Family Toy; Warrington Crossing, a 110,000 sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of Route 611 and County Line Road in Warrington, PA. The center is anchored by Regal Cinemas and Ruby Tuesday; and Newtown Shopping Center, a 220,000 sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of Route 413 and the Route 332 bypass in Newtown, PA. The center is anchored by Acme, Staples and Bed, Bath & Beyond. The company also leased 12,000 sq.ft. to Petco at Hanover Commons, a 225,000 sq.ft. shopping center located on Eisenhower Drive in Hanover, PA. Anchors include SuperKmart, Pier One and Staples.
Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. (561-624-5888) brokered the leasing of 2,250 sq.ft. to Port City Cleaners at Magnolia Place Shopping Center located on Highway 98 in Daphne, AL. The lease term runs five years; 2,176 sq.ft. to Creative Cuts at Plaza 50 located on Highway 50 East in Carson City, NV. The lease term runs one year; 7,800 sq.ft. to Flores Mexican Restaurant located at Village Shopping Center on West Anderson Lane in Austin, TX. The lease term runs five years. Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. also leased Parent Child 1,457 sq.ft. at Dellcrest Plaza in Austin, TX for a one-year term. Cigarettes Cheaper also leased 1,200 sq.ft. for a three-year term in the project located at 1800 SW White Road.
Charter Realty (203-629-3939) brokered the leasing of 91,500 sq.ft. to four tenants at Danvers Crossing located in Danvers, MA. The new tenants include Big Lots Furniture (32,000 sq.ft.), Bed, Bath & Beyond, Totally Kids & CFO [three divisions of Anne & Hope](32,000 sq.ft.), Golfers Warehouse (20,000 sq.ft.) and BB Kids (7,500 sq.ft.) in the space formerly occupied by Davids Bridal.

The 15-year lease was valued in excess of $4.45 million, and the store is expected to open during Spring 2001. The company also represented the landlord in the leasing of 1,823 sq.ft. to Four Corners Gallery, an art and framing store at Eastlake Village Center South located in Chula Vista, CA. Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) brokered the leasing of 30,000 sq.ft. to T.J. Maxx at Commonwealth Centre Phase II located at the southwest corner of Routes 288 and 360 in Richmond, VA. Space remains available at the project. The company also brokered a lease for Ben Franklin at Chesterfield Crossing, a 625,000 sq.ft. shopping center anchored by Wal*Mart, Home Depot and PETsMART. Additional leases included the brokering of 3,200 sq.ft. to Movie Gallery at Wal*Mart Supercenter Plaza in Summerville, West Virginia; 45,000 sq.ft. to Goodys Family Clothing at Columbiana Station Shopping Center Phase III located in Richmond, VA. Other anchors include Dicks Clothing & Sporting Goods. Newmark & Company Real Estate (212-372-2308) brokered the leasing of 3,859 sq.ft. to American Day Treatment Centers on Route 46 East in Rutherford, NJ.

The Howard Group (518-452-1881) represented the landlord in the leasing of 10,880 sq.ft. to CVS pharmacy at Fairview Plaza located on Maple Avenue in Greenport, NY. The building is currently under construction and is slated for a Spring 2001 opening.
Redevco Enterprises, Inc. (954-572-0305) leased 4,000 sq.ft. to Kids Are Worth It, a childrens clothing store, at The Shoppes of Liberty City, an 81,983 sq.ft. neighborhood center located at the intersection of Northwest 54th and Northwest 12th Avenue in Miami, FL. The lease brings the center to 100% occupancy. Anchors include Winn-Dixie supermarket, while other tenants include Hollywood Video, 99 Cents Store, Wendys, Dark & Lovely Beauty Supply, Simply Fashions, Payless ShoeSource, Radio Shack and Ultimate Fashions.
The Glacier of Anaheim, LLC (949-240-0188) leased 28,000 sq.ft. to Bally Total Fitness at the Gotcha Glacier action sports facility located in Sportstown, Anaheim, CA. The sports center is slated for a 2002 opening.
Zell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (602-248-0600) leased 965 sq.ft. at Lakeview Village Shopping Center located at the southeast corner of Val Vista and Baseline Road in Gilbert, AZ; 915 sq.ft. at Hancock Plaza Shopping Center located on East Greenway Road in Phoenix, AZ; 1,400 sq.ft. in Winsor Square located at the southeast corner of 35th Avenue and Glendale in Phoenix, AZ; and 900 sq.ft. at Main Street Marketplace located on the southeast corner of Main Street and Dobson Road in Mesa, AZ, all to L.A. Weight Loss Centers. The company also leased 1,695 sq.ft. to You Name It at The Promenade located on North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, AZ.
KLNB, Inc. (410-321-0100) represented the tenant, PETsMART, in the leasing of 19,500 sq.ft. at Chesterfield Crossing, a 400,000 sq.ft. shopping center located on Hull Street in Richmond, VA. The company also brokered three leases on behalf of Maisel-Hollins Development Company: a build-to-suit 11,180 sq.ft. space to CVS at Key West Plaza, a 23,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Key West Avenue and Darrenstown Road in Montgomery County, VA. A mid-year 2001 opening is planned; a second build-to-suit 10,125 sq.ft. space, also was leased to CVS at Silver Branch Plaza, a 25,000 sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of Branch Avenue and Silver Hill Road in Prince Georges County, VA; and a lease on a one-acre parcel to KFC at Queens Chapel Town Center, a 76,000 sq.ft. shopping center located at the confluence of Queens Chapel Road, Hamilton Street and Ager Roads in Prince Georges County, VA. Mid-America Real Estate (630-954-7300) sublet 28,000 sq.ft. to American Sales in the Aurora Marketplace in Aurora, IL. The lease completes the subleasing of an 86,000 sq.ft. former Dominicks grocery store. Hobby Lobby picked up the other 58,000 sq.ft.
Weingarten Realty Investors (713-866-6050) leased 75,000 sq.ft. in University Place, a 370,000 sq.ft. shopping center in Shreveport, LA. Best Buy leased 45,000 sq.ft. and Bath, Body and Beyond has taken 30,000 sq.ft. They will coanchor the center with a 176,000 sq.ft. Target. The developer is looking for one or two junior anchor stores and service-oriented retailers for the remaining space scheduled to open in late 2001. The site is located at the intersection of East 70th and Youree Streets.
Cafaro Company (330-747-2661) leased space to the following tenants: Mattress Showcase leased 7,005 sq.ft. at the Ohio Valley Mall in St. Clairesville, OH. The Gap leased 10,345 sq.ft. at the Millcreek Mall in Erie, PA. GNC took 1,385 sq.ft. at the South Hill Mall in Puyallup, WA.
Grubb & Ellis (714-939-6000) leased Goodwill Industries of the Inland Counties 12,000 sq.ft. at Sun Center in Palm Springs, CA. The 10-year lease is valued at $1.2 million.
Gordon Brant, LLC (212-265-5555) leased 15,000 sq.ft. to Michael Jordans Steakhouse and "23" at phase two of the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, CT.
United Commercial Realty/ChainLinks (210-979-9700) leased 7,984 sq.ft. to Fashion Bug at the Watauga Town Crossing in Watauga, TX. United also leased Huntington Learning Center 2,700 sq.ft. in the center anchored by a Super Target.

K B Toys leased 4,800 sq.ft. at the Simsbury Commons in Simsbury, CT and 5,474 sq.ft. at The Loop in Methuen, MA. Petit Patapon leased 1,300 sq.ft. at West Farms Mall in Farmington, CT. The space will be the Portugese childrens clothing stores first US mall location.
Stiles Corporation (954-776-9300) leased 15,486 sq.ft. to bring Daniels Crossing in Fort Myers, FL to 93% occupancy. Bealls Outlet Store leased 11,316 sq.ft. for a five-year term and Hallmark Cards leased 4,170 sq.ft. for a five-year term. The 112,003 sq.ft. center is anchored by Publix.
