Augusta Exchange, LLC (706-737-0091) has signed six more leases for its 80-acre Augusta Exchange in Augusta, GA. Wolf Camera, Orthodontic America, S&K Famous Brands, Friedman’s Jewelers, Outland Knife & Cigar and Razzberry Cool will locate in the 12,000 sq.ft. strip center between Goody’s Family Clothing and Chik-Fil-A.

 

Boyd Page (713-877-8400) brokered the subleasing of 18,275 sq.ft. from Westwood Furniture to DeLeon Collections at 6309 Westline in Houston, TX. SIA Realty represented the lessee.

 

Newcastle Properties, LLC (847-480-9700) brokered leases for the following clients. Best Markets took 28,000 sq.ft. at Southwest Square in Harvey, IL; Kraft Foods leased 25,803 sq.ft. at Centerwest in Addison, IL; Hammond Furniture took 8,800 sq.ft. at Sohl Plaza in Hammond, IN; Footwear Plus took 6,075 sq.ft. at Cicero Annex in Chicago, IL; Orthocare Physical Therapists leased 2,000 sq.ft. and Skate Shack took 1,700 sq.ft. at Westmont Village in Westmont, IL and State Farm took 1,316 sq.ft. at Lane Plaza in Chicago, IL.

 

American Commercial Real Estate (714-972-0490) sublet 21,500 sq.ft. to La Canasta Furniture at Inland Empire Center in Fontana, CA. The former Petco site is located at Interstate 10 and Sierra Avenue. Lee & Associates represented the lessor.

 

Garrick-Aug Associates (212-557-9090) leased an 800 sq.ft. ground-level space plus basement to Melissou at 200 Most Street in the Nolita area of New York City. The lease term is ten years. The company has leased 500 sq.ft. for a 10-year term to Creed Perfumes on Madison Avenue in Manhattan.

 

IRT Property Company (770-955-4406) leased 30,000 sq.ft. of a former Delchamp’s supermarket to Bed, Bath & Beyond at Village at Northshore in Slidell, LA. Bath, Body & Beyond is slated to open in the second quarter of 2001.

 

The Grossman Companies, Inc. (617-472-2000) leased 5,000 sq.ft. to Olympia Sports at Quincy Granite Place in Quincy, MA. PK Properties represented the lessee. The center is anchored by TJ Maxx. The company also leased 10,000 sq.ft. to Dollar Tree at Kingstown Plaza in North Kingstown, RI. The store is expected to open in 2001, joining TJ Maxx and HomeGoods in the center. The lessee was represented by Sullivan & Hayes.

 

Stiles Corporation (954-776-9300) leased space at Boulevard Square Shopping Center to the following tenants: CD Warehouse; Biga Bakery and L.A. Weight Loss Centers all took 1,227 sq.ft. in the center. Eckerd Drugs leased 13,050 sq.ft. in an outparcel of the center and Bahama Breeze Restaurant leased 11,000 sq.ft.

 

DLC Management Corporation (914-631-3131) leased 1,254 sq.ft. to Let’s Chat Communications at Northeast Plaza in Baton Rouge, LA. The company also leased HFC-Beneficial New York space in the following locations: Beach Shopping Center in Peekskill, NY (1,226 sq.ft.); Alderwood Towne Center in Lynwood, WA (1,704 sq.ft.) and Mid Valley Mall in Newburgh, NY (1,360 sq.ft.).

 

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) leased 2,000 sq.ft. to Photomasters at PMP Plaza located on West Commercial Boulevard in Tamarac, FL. The five-year lease was valued at $106,000; 4,092 sq.ft. to Mega-Dollar at Maplewood Plaza located on University Drive in Coral Springs, FL. The five-year lease was valued at $271,500; and 1,100 sq.ft. to Party Makers at Village Shoppes at Lighthouse Point located on the northwest corner of Federal Highway and 39th Street in Lighthouse Point, FL.

 

Zell Commercial Real Estate (602-248-0600) leased 4,027 sq.ft. to Blockbuster at ABCO Desert Foothills Shopping Center located at the northeast corner of Chandler Boulevard and Desert Foothills in Phoenix, AZ. The company also leased 2,400 sq.ft. to Walt’s Jewelers at Chandler Marketplace located at the northwest corner of Alma School and Ray Roads in Chandler, AZ. The location will replace the company’s existing store in the area.

 

Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. (561-624-5888) brokered the leasing of 2,250 sq.ft. to Port City Cleaners located at Magnolia Place Shopping Center located on Highway 98 in Daphne, AL. The lease term runs five years; 2,176 sq.ft. to Creative Cuts at Plaza 50 located on Highway 50 East in Carson City, NV. The lease term runs one year; 7,800 sq.ft. to Flores Mexican Restaurant located at Village Shopping Center on West Anderson Lane in Austin, TX. The lease term runs five years. Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. also leased Parent Child 1,457 sq.ft. at Dellcrest Plaza in Austin, TX for a one-year term. Cigarettes Cheaper also leased 1,200 sq.ft. for a three-year term in the project located at 1800 SW White Road.
