Developers Diversified Realty Corporation has taken over sole ownership of a 480,000 sq.ft. center in Princeton, NJ. The site is located adjacent to the company’s existing center and will include Kohl’s, Wegman’s, Michael’s, Target and Dick’s. The project, scheduled for completion in 2001, will also include 55,000 sq.ft. of yet to be leased space. A 574,000 sq.ft. center is under construction in Everett, MA. Target will anchor with Home Depot, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Office Max, Old Navy and PetsMart. The company is also developing a center in Riverdale, UT.

Steven D. Bell & Company have announced plans for a 75,000 sq.ft. retail center at the ChampionsGate complex in Orlando, FL. The center will support a high-rise resort hotel, restaurants and office space located around two 18-hole golf courses.
