Before joining the company, Allen spent eight years with Grow Biz International. During that time he was involved with the launch of the Disc Go Round franchise, which was acquired by CD Warehouse in 1998. Goodman Real Estate Services (216-378-0066) named Robert A. Benjamin as an associate broker. The company will be moving to larger offices and concentrates on properties in Ohio and the Midwest. Ameriking, Inc. (708-947-2150) appointed Colt Hothorn president and chief operating officer. Hothorn had served the company as senior vice president for development. Ameriking is the largest Burger King franchisee, operating 379 units in IL, CO, TX, TN, KY, WI, OH, NC, MI and GA. Stirling Properties (504-898-2022) has reorganized and placed the following people in new positions: Martin Mayer is president and chief operating officer; Lewis Stirling and Gerald "Chip" Songy are executive vice presidents. City Center Retail, LLC (215-875-2424) has been formed by Sigurd Anderson and Mark Stefan. The two worked together for the Chicago-based City Center Retail Trust overseeing asset management for over $450 million for the investment trust. Nevada Bobs Golf, Inc. (403-217-2342) announced that Robert C. Duncan and Dan R. Duncan have resigned from the board of directors and officers of the company and all subsidiaries. The company is undergoing a revitalization plan following its bankruptcy. ChainLinks Retail Advisors, Inc. (800-394-3701) has reached an agreement to be the exclusive national partner of MyShoppingCenter.com. MSC creates web sites for centers and tenants, aggregates tenant demand for goods and services and offers its clients broadband connections to the internet. LaSalle Bank (314-613-1900) has named Kevin Baker vice president of real estate leasing for its St. Louis office. Baker joins LaSalle from First National Bank of St. Louis where he was served as a senior vice president.
