NAI Isaac Commercial Properties (859-224-2000) is the exclusive broker for sale and leasing of the Cherry Blossom Centre in Georgetown, KY. A 200,000 sq.ft. Wal*Mart Superstore has been signed as an anchor, with Fifth Third Bank and legal offices included.

CNM Associates (404-869-2700) signed three exclusive leasing and management agreements. The 53,395 sq.ft. Saltbox Village in Cary, NC is anchored by Fresh Market and Outback Steakhouse. Shallowford Falls is a 103,572 sq.ft. center in Marietta, GA anchored by Kroger’s. The 130,515 sq.ft. Market at Haynes Bridge in Alpharetta, GA is also anchored by Kroger.

Terranova Corporation (305-358-8700) signed an exclusive leasing agreement for over 500,000 sq.ft. at six centers in South FL. The properties, owned by an Atlanta institutional investment firm, are Doral Isles Plaza (75,337 sq.ft.) in West Dade; Shoppe of Paradise Lakes (83,597 sq.ft.) in Kendall; Coquina Plaza (91,120 sq.ft.) in Pembroke Pines; Hawk’s Crossing (69,749 sq.ft.) and Sawgrass Center (83,832 sq.ft.) in Coral Springs and Indian River Square (131,368 sq.ft.) in Vero Beach.
