Lease Signings

Krausz Companies, Inc. (626-912-8777) leased space to the following tenants at Puente Hills Mall in City of Industry, CA: OLIO Ristorante Italiano took 3,500 sq.ft.; Sassy Footwear leased 3,000 sq.ft.; Waikiki Snow leased 1,260 sq.ft. and LG DeBon took 832 sq.ft. The 1.2 million sq.ft. center is anchored by Borders Books and Music, a 20-screen AMC Theater and Spectrum Health Club.

New England Retail Properties, Inc. (860-529-9000) brokered leases for the following tenants: Better Bedding and La-Z-Boy will open at Glenwood Village in Clinton, CT. The 25,000 sq.ft. specialty retail center is located across from Clinton Premier Outlets at exit 63 of Interstate 95. Denny’s Classic Diner leased 4,100 sq.ft. at Quaker Commons in Warwick, RI. The development features Hop’s Brew Pub, Weathervane Seafood and Sears Home Life. This will be the first Denny’s in RI and the restaurant chain plans further expansion in the region. Morton’s of Chicago leased space at State House Square in Hartford, CT.

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) leased space in the St. Louis, MO area to the following tenants: Viking Liquor leased 1,620 sq.ft. in Mullanphy Gardens. Round Ridge, Inc., trading as Carol’s Hallmark, leased 5,220 sq.ft. in Dierbergs Fenton Crossing.

Civic Partners of Northern CA (949-975-0223) leased 90,000 sq.ft. to Krikorian Premier Theatres at a complex north of the old Hotel Stockton in Stockton, CA. The 102,000 sq.ft. center will include retail space along with the theater. The deal is a 25-year lease with five five-year options.

The Andrew Shedlin Companies (847-433-3400) leased 2,526 sq.ft. to Hyatt and Company at Security Square Mall in Baltimore, MD. The men’s fashion retailer joins Old Navy, Burlington Coat Factory, Hecht’s, JC Penney Outlet Store, Sears and Wards in the 1.2 million sq.ft. center.

Schultz, Foster, Addison Real Estate (904-354-1789) brokered the lease of 7,000 sq.ft. to Aaron Rents on the site at Discovery Zone Plaza in Jacksonville, FL. The space is the site of the former Discovery Zone and is located at 10732 Atlantic Boulevard. Sleiman Enterprises represented the lessor.

Donahue-Schriber (949-854-2100) brokered the lease of 3,996 sq.ft. to Pacific Sunwear at Foothills Mall in Tucson, AZ. The center is anchored by a Wal*Mart superstore.
