Plaza Royale Associates LLC has begun construction on the 103,000 sq.ft. Plaza Royale in Gainesville, FL. The center will be anchored by Starbucks Coffee Company, Quizno’s Classic Subs and Cold Stone Creamery. The center is scheduled to open mid-2002.

R.E.D. Capital Development has broken ground on the 700,000+ sq.ft. SummitWoods Crossing in Lee’s Summit, MO. Kohl’s, Lowes and Michaels Arts and Crafts have already signed leases for the center. The development is set to open in the first quarter of 2002.
