Sources of FinancingL.J. Melody & Company (206-224-1670) arranged a loan increase of $56.6 million on behalf of the Bellevue Square Managers, Inc. The funding was provided by CIGNA Real Estate Investment and will be used for the construction of The Corner at Bellevue Sqaure, a 118,000 sq.ft. three-story retail center in Bellevue, WA. The center will be anchored by Crate and Barrel and Borders Books.
Northland/ Marquette Capital Group, Inc. (949-717-5213) arranged financing for the Green Hills Plaza Shopping Center in La Mirada, CA. Lehman Brothers will finance $11.15 million for the 95,439 sq.ft. center which was built in 1992 and is 96% occupied.
