The Woodmont Corporation (817-732-4000) leased 23,000 sq.ft. to Borders Books and Music and 7,500 sq.ft. to Pier 1 Imports at Elk Lakes Shopping Center located at the southwest corner of State Highway 34 and 35th Avenue in Greely, CO.
Excess Space Disposition (516-365-6400) brokered the subleasing of 28,500 sq.ft. to Big Lots by Staples on Route 125 in Plasty, NH; 16,800 sq.ft to Dollar General by Eckerd Corporation on Greenwood Avenue in Hamilton Township, NJ; 11,165 sq.ft to Bill’s Dollar Store by Walgreens on Emerson Street in Jacksonville, FL; 7,290 sq.ft. to Dollar General by CVS on West 57th Avenue in Merrillville, IN; and 3,096 sq.ft. to San Jose Imports, Inc. by Payless ShoeSource on South Pulaski Road in Chicago, IL.

Hirschland & Company (610-964-3600) brokered the leasing of 4,975 sq.ft in Deptford NJ and 4,325 sq.ft in Springfield, PA, both to Sylvan Learning Center; 9,000 sq.ft. to The Big Party! in Wilmington, DE; 32,000 sq.ft. to Frank’s Nursery & Crafts in Quakertown, PA; three spaces of 10,125 sq.ft. to CVS in Pottstown, PA, Upper Gwynedd, PA and Selinsgrove, PA; 5,400 sq.ft. to Autozone in Philadelphia, PA; 2,000 sq.ft. to The Hair Cuttery in Bensalem, PA; and 150,000 sq.ft. to Lowe’s in Bethlehem, PA. Burnham Pacific Properties (619-280-2600) leased 1,550 sq.ft. to Framed Again at the Rancho San Diego Village shopping center in La Mesa, CA. The lease term runs five years with an aggregate rental in excess of $116,000, and the company plans to open this month.
