Divaris Property Management Corp. (757-497-2113) was appointed exclusive property manager for Fairlane Village Mall in Pottsville, PA by Equity Investment Group. Fairlane Village is a 452,000-sq.ft. enclosed community shopping center anchored by Boscov’s Department Store and Value City.

 

Herman Walldorf & Co., Inc. (423-756-2400) of Chattanooga, TN is the exclusive broker for Sticky Fingers Restaurant Group, which operates six restaurants in Charleston, SC; Chattanooga, TN; Wilmington, NC; and Atlantic Beach, FL. August openings are projected for new locations in Chattanooga and Charleston.

 

Edgemark LLC (630-472-1010) was retained by Opus North to serve as leasing agent for the Willow Creek Shopping Center in Glenview, IL. The 320,000-sq.ft. power center, anchored by Kohl’s, Target, Office Max and Michael’s, is located near The Glen, a mixed-use redevelopment of the former Glenview naval air station, where 1,500 new residential units are scheduled for construction.

 

DJM Asset Management, LLC (631-752-1100) represents Eddie Bauer and lists two retail spaces available for sublease: a 29,356-sq.ft., multi-level store with escalator access at Friendship Center, adjacent to Chevy Chase Pavilion and across from the Mazza Galleria in Washington, D.C.; 23,920 sq.ft. on the second level of Palisades Center, a two-million-sq.ft. power center/regional mall in West Nyack, NY.

 

Morbitzer Group, Inc. (407-539-1000) was appointed by General Growth to lease outparcels in the following Florida malls: Altamonte Mall, Altamonte Springs; West Oaks Mall, Orlando; Eagle Ridge Mall, Winter Haven; Lakeland Square Mall, Lakeland. The sites are appropriate for restaurant use.

 

Southern Management & Development, L.P. (561-883-1412) was awarded the exclusive leasing contact by Tallisman Companies for the 440,000-sq.ft. Windsor Square shopping center in West Knoxville, TN. The power center is anchored by Burlington Coat Factory, Waccamaw, Big Logs, Hamricks, Kaybee Toys, and Cinemark Cinema. Spaces of 1,000 sq.ft. to 4,000 sq.ft. are available.

 

Hilco Real Estate Services (847-501-6190) was awarded the contract to sell the leases for 50 Maurice the Pants Man and Poore Simon’s stores. Spaces of 3,000 sq.ft. to 25,000 sq.ft. are available in strip centers in CT, MA, ME, NH, NY, PA, RI and VT. Offers are due by August 10, 2000.
