Trammell Crow Company (954-724-5550) promoted Douglas Driver to the position of senior associate and Christine Hodgson to the position of market analyst, both in the company’s investment services division. Driver, previously and associate, will represent clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment-grade commercial real estate in Miami-Dade County, while Hodgson will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to maximize income received from the disposition of commercial real estate assets.
Mid-America Real Estate Group (630-954-7300) announced the opening of an office in Milwaukee, WI to be headed by principals Daniel Cohen and Daniel Rosenfeld. Prior to joining Mid-America, Cohen and Rosenfeld both were senior vice presidents at MLG Commercial, Inc. where they developed specialty disciplines in retail real estate.
