The international beauty college and hair salon plans a November opening. The 10-year leased was valued at $2.2 million.

Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-866-1900) brokered the leasing of 6,400 sq.ft. to a Simply Fashions for a store in North Philadelphia, PA. The space, located at the intersection of Germantown and Chelton Avenues, was formerly occupied by Princess Furniture; the company brokered the leasing of 4,800 sq.ft. for Blockbuster Video at Wenonah Plaza in Mantua, NJ; 3,344 sq.ft. to One Stop convenience store located at Berlin Blue Anchor and Taunton Roads in Winslow Township, NJ; 3,000 sq.ft. to G&G womens apparel in the Gallery II on Market Street in Philadelphia, PA; 3,000 sq.ft. to Salon Patricia James at Roberts Mill Plaza in Mount Laurel, NJ; 1,980 sq.ft. to Radio Shack at Manchester Plaza in Manchester, NJ; and 1,517 sq.ft. to Sandellas Cafe at Cedar Grove Plaza in Franklin, NJ.

Pace Properties (314-394-3301) represented Best Buy in the leasing of 45,000 sq.ft. at Chesterfield Commons in Chesterfield, MO; the company represented Wellspring Software in the leasing of 4,099 sq.ft. on Sovereign Court in St.Louis, MO; and the company represented the lessor in the leasing of 2,020 sq.ft. to Beautyfirst Limited at the Heritage Place Shopping Center in St. Louis, MO.
Shea Properties (949-389-7000) leased 23,942 sq.ft. to Staples Office Supply at Seacliff Village shopping center, located at the intersection of Golden West Street and Yorktown in Huntington Beach, CA. A September opening is planned. The company also leased 6,000 sq.ft. to Tortilla Beach Cafe located on the corner of Summit Drive and Golden West Street in Huntington Beach, CA. Construction is scheduled to begin during August.
