Abrams Industries, Inc. (770-953-0304) entered into a letter of intent to outsource the asset management responsibilities of its commercial real estate investment portfolio to a new real estate concern, jOjA Partners, LLC under a three-year agreement. The new company is being created by Jerry Anderson and Jim O’Donnell, who are currently President/CEO and Executive Vice President, respectively, of Abrams Properties. The arrangement calls for the outsourcing of Abrams’ property management duties under jOjA’s supervision to third-party management companies. Abrams will maintain a minority ownership in the new company, and will continue to own and invest in real estate, with jOjA acting as the company’s exclusive agent for its current holdings.
