CB Commercial (818-907-4600) represented the landlord in the leasing of 4,000 sq.ft. to Pacific Sunwear at Glendale Marketplace, a 161,000 sq.ft. entertainment center located in Glendale, CA anchored by WOW! Other tenants include Tower Records, Old Navy, Linen n Things, and Mann Theater Complex. The lease runs 10 years.
Churchill & Banks (401-333-5660) leased 20,000 sq.ft. to A & E Stores in a space formerly occupied by Cherry & Webb at Lincoln Mall in RI. The project is anchored by Kmart and Super Stop & Shop, and other tenants include The Gap, Waldenbooks, KB Toys, General Nutrition Centers, CVS, Champs Sports, McDonalds, Sovereign Bank, Footlocker and Lerner New York.
Vestar Development Company (562-938-1722) leased 37,140 sq.ft. to Nordstrom Rack at Glendale Fashion Center, a 264,000 sq.ft. power center in Glendale, CA whose tenant roll includes Barnes & Noble, Ralphs, Longs Drugs, Michaels, Staples, Ross and Strouds.
H&R Retail (703-356-8230) brokered the leasing of 20,287 sq.ft. to Hudson Trail Outfitters at Pentagon Square Shopping Center in Arlington, VA; 8,200 sq.ft. to Dress Barn at The Village at Waugh Chapel located at the intersection of Route Three and Waugh Chapel Road in Gambrils, MD; 5,500 sq.ft. to Ruby Tuesday at Westgate Plaza located on Sudley Road in Manassas, VA; 4,948 sq.ft. to Sports Zone at Ocean City Factory Outlets located on Route 50 in Ocean City, MD; 3,220 sq.ft. to Dollar Store on North Paca Street in Baltimore, MD; 2,400 sq.ft. to Once Upon A Child at Crofton Station Shopping Center located on Route Three in Crofton, MD; 1,667 sq.ft. to Game Gallery at Iverson Mall located at the intersection of Branch Avenue and Iverson Street in Hillcrest Heights, MD; and 8,444 sq.ft to Dress Barn, 6,460 sq.ft. to Famous Footwear and 5,000 sq.ft. to Trak Auto/Forest City Auto Parts at the Centre at Hagerstown located at the intersection of Route 40 and Interstate 81 in Hagerstown, MD.
Hyundai Market, a Korean grocery, leased 33,290 sq.ft. at Centrepoint at Colton, a Wal*Mart-anchored shopping center on South Mount Vernon Avenue in Colton, CA. The 8.75-year lease was valued at more than $1 million.
Divaris Real Estate (410-308-0800) leased 3,100 sq.ft. to G & S Beauty Supply at MarketCenter at Harbourview located at the intersection of Town Point Road and College Drive in Suffolk, VA. The company also leased 2,100 sq.ft. to Batteries Plus at Thalia Creek located on Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach, VA.
Commercial-Industrial Realty Company (717-761-5070) brokered the leasing of a 5,000 sq.ft. freestanding facility to Hollywood Video near the intersection of Mickley and MacArthur Roads in Whitehall, PA.
Island Associates Real Estate Inc. (631-587-5050) brokered the leasing of 10,000 sq.ft. to CVS located on Route 231 in North Babylon, NY. The aggregate value of the lease was in excess of $5 million.
Sansone Group (314-727-6664) represented the lessor in the leasing of 15,120 sq.ft. to Walgreens located on the southeast corner of Main and Tom Ginnever in OFallon, MO. The company also leased 4,600 sq.ft. to The Little Gym on behalf of the landlord at South Lakeview Plaza located on 4464 Lemay Ferry Road in metropolitan St. Louis, MO.
Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) brokered the leasing of 8,816 sq.ft to A&N Stores at Stein Mart Festival, a 173,759 sq.ft. shopping center anchored by Stein Mart, Office Max and Ben Franklin and located on Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, VA.
Boyd Page (713-877-8400) brokered the leasing of 44,189 sq.ft. to 24 Hour Fitness at Jones Road Plaza located on FM 1960 in Houston, TX for its 15th unit in the metropolitan area.
TKO Real Estate Advisory Group (609-587-6200) brokered the subleasing 105,000 sq.ft. to Burlington Coat Factory at Lincoln Plaza located in front of Oxford Valley Mall in Langhorne, PA. The former tenant was Builders Square. David Worth of Staubach Retail Services represented the former tenant in the sublease.
