Lease Signings

The Andrew Shedlin Companies, Inc. (847-433-3400) leased space to Software, Etc., Auntie Anne’s and Taco Maker at Security Square Mall in Baltimore, MD.

AIG Baker Shopping Center Properties, LLC, (205-969-1000) leased 135,197 sq.ft. to Lowe’s Home Center and 34,450 sq.ft. to Bed, Bath & Beyond in the Dulles Town Crossing in Sterling, VA; 6,625 sq.ft. to Hit or Miss at The Forum at Gateways, Sterling Heights, MI; and 10,800 sq.ft. to Ulta Salon Cosmetics & Fragrance in Silverado Ranch Station in Las Vegas, NV.

Buckley/Shuler (404-361-6000) leased space to BJ’s Wholesale Club, PetSmart, Kohl’s, Jo-Anne Fabrics and Ethan Allen at The Centrum, an open-air shopping center scheduled to open this summer in Cary, NC.

Metro Commercial Real Estate (856-866-1900) leased 8,000 sq.ft. to Teachers Showroom at MacArthur Town Center in Allentown, PA.

Colonial Properties Trust (407-677-1112) leased 12,000 sq.ft. to Books-A-Million at Colonial Promenade Madison in Madison, AL. The center is scheduled to open this fall, with Publix as the anchor.

Levin Management Corporation (908-755-2401) leased 32,000 sq.ft. to Bed Bath & Beyond at the North Village Shopping Center in New Brunswick, NJ and the store is slated to open in July.

Cafaro Company (330-747-2661) leased 892 sq.ft. to Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors at West Plaza in Marion, IN; 2,571 to American Greetings at Huntingdon Mall in Barboursville, WV; 1,488 sq.ft. to Vitamin World at Eastwood Mall in Niles, OH; and 8,470 sq.ft. to The Shoe Dept. at Sandusky Mall in Sandusky, OH.

CB Richard Ellis (714-939-2209) represented Wells Fargo in the leasing of 6,650 sq.ft. to McDonald’s and Chevron at a former Wells Fargo Bank location in Orange County, CA. The company leased space to Del Taco in Orange County, CA for a store slated to open in June 2000.

Newcastle Properties, LLC (847-480-9700) leased 5,500 sq.ft. to Great Wall Restaurant at Sun Plaza in Kenosha, WI; 5,250 sq.ft. to Phoenix Buffet, 4,000 sq.ft. to Glidden Paint at Westmont Village in Westmont, IL; 3,000 sq.ft. to Life Uniform at Dempster Plaza in Niles, IL; and 2,000 sq.ft. to Anthony’s Footwear at Tradewinds Shopping Center in Hanover Park, IL.

Winick Realty (212-792-2600) leased 4,000 sq.ft. in Franklin, NJ and 3,700 sq.ft. in Butler, NJ, to BlockBuster Video. The Franklin store is scheduled to open in July of this year, while the Butler store just recently opened.
