McCollum Realty, LTD. (708-383-6450) appointed Jason Johns as property manager of the firm’s holdings. Johns comes to McCollum Realty from Edward Rose & Sons of Kalamazoo, MI.

Norris Realty Advisors (626-405-9922) a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm located in Pasadena, CA, was recently formed by Steven R. Norris.

Noddle Development Company (402-496-1616) promoted Susan G. Noddle to Vice President of Development. In her new position she will oversee site selection and acquisitions, as well as working directly with anchor tenants for development projects.

Colonial Properties Trust (205-250-8788) has appointed four regional vice presidents for retail leasing. Timothy C. Gully will be responsible for the leasing efforts of the company’s 14 strip centers and the Orlando Fashion Square Mall in FL. Wes Hardin will be responsible for the leasing efforts of the company’s six malls and six community centers in AL. Steven St. Paul has the same responsibility for the company’s four malls and one community center in GA, and J. Todd Harrelson has the same responsibility for the company’s properties in NC, SC, and VA.
