Davco Restaurants, Inc. trades as Friendly’s at 35 locations in DE, MD, VA and Washington, D.C. The restaurants occupy spaces of 4,000 sq.ft. in entertainment, power, strip or tourist centers, malls and freestanding facilities. Growth opportunities are sought in the existing markets.

Radnor Company trades as Hair Cuttery, Bubbles and Salon Plaza at 750 locations in GA, FL, IL, IN, MD, NC, NJ, PA, SC, VA, WI and WV. The hair salons occupy spaces of 1,000 sq.ft. to 1,200 sq.ft. in regional malls, power and strip centers. Plans call for 100 openings in the coming 18 months in the existing markets. Preferred sites include a middle-income suburban settings. Preferred anchors include food and drug stores. Leases running five years are typical.

Twin "B" Auto Parts operates 28 locations in VA. The auto parts and supplies stores occupy end caps of 4,000 sq.ft. to 4,500 sq.ft. Plans call for as many as two openings in the coming 18 months in the existing market.

Go-Mart, Inc. trades as Go-Mart at 85 locations in KY, OH and WV. The convenience stores, which also pump gas, occupy spaces of 2,800 sq.ft. in freestanding facilities on a land area of 45,000 sq.ft. Plans call for five openings in the coming 18 months in VA, a new market for the chain. The company also operates two "U-Pak" grocery stores.
