The three-level facility has approximately 2,500 sq.ft. on the ground level, 900 sq.ft. on the mezzanine level and 500 sq.ft. in the basement. The company has also been named exclusive leasing agent for 28,000 sq.ft. located on Seventh Avenue at the southeast corner of 37th Street in Manhattan, NY. The site currently houses several stores as well as Tequilaville. The building offers 100 feet of frontage on Seventh Avenue and 85 feet on 37th Street. The company was also named exclusive leasing agent for 4,200 sq.ft. of ground-floor space on Lispenard Street in the Tribeca section of Manhattan, NY.
CB Richard Ellis (312-861-7835) and the Andrew Shedlin Companies, Inc. have been retained to handle redevelopment, managing and leasing for Lincoln Mall, a one million sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 30 and Illinois Highway 50 in Matteson, IL. The center is anchored by Carsons, Sears and Old Navy.
Mid-America Real Estate Group (414-273-4600) has been named exclusive management and leasing agent for Paradise Pavilion, a 309,900 sq.ft. shopping center located in West Bend, WI. The center, which has recently undergone a multi-million dollar renovation, is anchored by Kohls and Shopko, while other tenants include Hallmark Cards, Sears Hardware, Bath & Body Works and Maurices. Spaces of 46,546 sq.ft. formerly housing a Sentry Store and a 11,000 sq.ft. end cap space is available.
Edgemark LLC (630-492-1010) has been named asset manager for 87th and Stony Island Center located in Chicago, IL. The 25,000 sq.ft. center, owned by TBS Development Services Group, was previously occupied by Jewel/Osco which recently vacated the property. The center has since been redeveloped to accommodate new tenants. Anchors include Dollar Junction and University of Chicago Hospitals.
