Real Estate Professionals Making The NewsCrown America Realty Trust (814-536-9520) named Andrew Herdman vice president of partnership marketing. His responsibilities will include development of corporate sponsorships and other non-traditional revenue sources.
Developers Diversified Realty (216-755-5450) named Michelle Mahue director of investor relations. Prior to joining the company, Mahue was vice president of Bank One in Chicago, IL serving as relationship manager for REIT clients in the bank’s corporate real estate group.
Prime Outlets (410-378-5758) hired Mark Seaman as the outlet center’s general manager and marketing director. His responsibilities include training, budgeting, billing, preparation of sales reports and tenant relations. Prior to joining the company, Seaman worked as a multi-center marketing director and specialty leasing director for Continental Realty Corporation in Towson, MD.
L.J. Melody (310-277-2101) promoted Bob Morey to senior vice president in the company’s Los Angeles office. Morey has worked for the firm since 1995.
Trammell Crow Company (954-724-5550) promoted Andy Petry to senior vice president and promoted David Auld to the position of vice president. Petry directs the company’s Palm Beach County, FL leasing and has assumed leadership for the retail leasing group covering all of Southern FL. He became a vice president at the company in 1999. Auld held the position of senior construction manager, and oversees the company’s construction activities throughout Southern FL. He originally joined the firm in 1997.
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (503-224-0444) announced that J. Mark Gibson joined the company’s Portland, OR office from the company’s Atlanta, GA office where he will serve as a commercial mortgage analyst.
Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) CEO/Chairman Gerald Divaris was named to the state of VA’s Real Estate Board for a term of four years. Divaris is the principal contact for Realty Resources where he serves on the executive committee, following three terms as president of the nationwide network of brokers specializing in retail real estate.
