The Sofran Group is developing Phases II and III of Willow Lake Crossing, a 200,000 + sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of Watson Boulevard and Houston Lake Road in Macon, GA. Cornish & Carey Commercial plans to break ground on Rivermark Village Shopping Center, a 141,240 sq.ft., 14.87-acre center located at the northeast corner of Agnew Parkway and Montague Expressway in Santa Clara, CA during March 2001. Anchors will include a 40,000 sq.ft. specialty grocery store, a 30,000 sq.ft. health club and a 6,500 sq.ft. restaurant pad. Space is available. Demographics show a population of 339,077 residing within five miles earning $73,863 as the household income. The daytime population exceeds 436,000. A March 2002 opening is planned.
