Triple Five Nevada Development Corporation is developing Grand Canyon Parkway, a 1.5 million sq.ft., 110-acre entertainment center located at the intersection of Grand Canyon Parkway and Flamingo Road in the Las Vegas Valley region of NV. Anchors include a movie theater, hotel casino and athletic club. Space is available, including seven pad sites ranging in size from 4,300 sq.ft. to 7,000 sq.ft. Demographics show a population of 186,000 residing within five miles earning $119,000 as household income. The company is also developing Silverado Ranch Place, a 311,507 sq.ft. mixed-use center located at the southeastern corner of Silverado Ranch Boulevard and Maryland parkway near City of Henderson, NV. Anchors include Smith’s Foods. Space is available. The center is located near several master-planned communites. Demographics show a trade area population of 50,000 earning $68,823 as household income.

LandGrant Development recently completed development of Phase II of Vail Ranch Center, a 250,000 sq.ft. community center located at the intersection of Highway 79 South and Margarita Road in Temecula, CA. Anchors for Phase II include a 35,707 sq.ft. Stein Mart and an 18,000 sq.ft. Powerhouse Gym, while anchors of Phase I include Stater Bros. (50,499 sq.ft.), and Rite Aid (17,253 sq.ft.). Pad sites and shop spaces are available. Phase II consists of 103,459 sq.ft. of gross leasable space. The center has 1,398 parking spaces, and the average asking rent is $18 psf NNN.

Terranomics Retail Services is developing Harbor Gate Shopping Center, a 23,000 sq.ft. shopping center located off of Interstate 580 at the Marina Bay parking exit in Richmond, CA. Spaces of 14,000 sq.ft., 9,000 sq.ft. and two pad sites, one of 6,000 sq.ft. to 7,000 sq.ft. (Restaurant) and another of 3,100 sq.ft. are available. Demographics show a population of 201,848 residing within five miles earning $54,632 as household income. Existing and planned office building space totaling two million sq.ft. is located within one mile of the site.
