Trammell Crow Company (954-724-5550) hired Brian Gillen as associate of project leasing in the company’s Miami, FL office. In his new capacity, Gillen will focus on the company’s Miami-Dade County projects as well as Port 95 Industrial Center in Hollywood, FL. Prior to coming to the firm, Gillen worked most recently as Operations Manager for Central Parking Corporation, where he was responsible for the financial operations of major parking operations in Miami.

 

CB Richard Ellis (630-573-7082) named Mario Melone an associate in its retail properties group. Prior to joining the company, Melone was an account representative at Aerotek, Inc.

 

Adams-Nelson & Associates (540-667-2424) named Betty Learned Friant sales associate. Friant will be involved in all phases of commercial real estate transactions in her new capacity.

 

Katz & Associates (845-735-6666) named Brian Katz real estate representative for the New York region. Prior to joining the company, Katz worked as project manager with Forest City Ratner where he participated in the development of more than 2.1 million sq.ft. and the operating of one million sq.ft. of retail space located in New York City, NY.

 

Concorde Realty Partners (212-868-1900) named Paul Boneham managing director to head its real estate investment advisory firm’s new Chicago, IL office. Most recently before joining the firm, Boneham was executive vice president with pension advisor Heitman Capital Management, LLC where he directed the company’s property disposition activities.

 

Johnson Capital Group, Inc. (949-660-1999) named Kamran Paydar vice president-capital markets in its Los Angeles, CA and Salt Lake City, UT offices. Prior to joining the company, Paydar advised clients in a variety of debt, equity and mezzanine capital transactions on commercial real estate throughout the U.S. He also participated in the acquisition, entitlement and sales of several development projects in the Salt Lake City area.

 

Colliers Cauble & Co. and Spectrum Realty Advisors merged property management companies to form Spectrum Cauble (404-252-2288). The company begins with portfolio assignments in excess of six million sq.ft. of commercial real estate.

 

Coyote Management, LP (972-248-9375) appointed Rita Scaia and Shawn Merecki as leasing representatives. Prior to joining the company, Scaia served as vice president of development and leasing for Windward Properties, LLC of New Orleans, LA. Merecki was most recently employed as a senior leasing agent for Madison Marquette in Cincinnati, OH.

Benvenuti has been a managing partner in several joint ventures where his responsibilities included purchasing, sales, entitlement and project manager for new developments, as well as project coordinator, marketing, leasing and management on existing properties.

 

Noddle Development Company (402-496-1616) hired Gordon Sudbeck as vice president of property management and leasing. Sudbeck recently completed the asset management and disposition of Bradley Real Estate’s enclosed mall portfolio before joining the company.
