In his new capacity, Gillen will focus on the company’s Miami-Dade County projects as well as Port 95 Industrial Center in Hollywood, FL. Prior to coming to the firm, Gillen worked most recently as Operations Manager for Central Parking Corporation, where he was responsible for the financial operations of major parking operations in Miami.

Most recently before joining the firm, Boneham was executive vice president with pension advisor Heitman Capital Management, LLC where he directed the company’s property disposition activities.
