Lease SigningsExcess Space Disposition (516-365-6400) brokered the subleasing of 6,960 sq.ft. to Eckerd Drug in a space formerly occupied by Dollar General on Hogan Boulevard in Mil Hall, PA; the company subleased additional spaces to Eckerd formerly occupied by Dollar General of 6,068 sq.ft. located at the intersection of Routes 22 and 219 in Edensburg, PA and 8,640 sq.ft. located at the intersection of Highway 61 and Ormond Boulevard in Destrehan, LA and 11,200 sq.ft. located on North Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) represented the landlord, UNUM/Provident Life Insurance in the leasing of 3,579 sq.ft. to Verizon Wireless at Northlake Triangle, a shopping center located on Henderson Mill Road in Atlanta, GA.
Goldman Retail Associates (310-235-0444) represented the tenant in the leasing of 5,386 sq.ft. to Dong Chinese Buffet in Tustin, CA. Greenwood & Sons represented the landlord. The company also leased 4,500 sq.ft. on behalf of an unnamed lessee in El Monte, CA. Excess Space Disposition represented the lessor.
Pace Properties (314-394-3301) represented both parties in the leasing of 2,800 sq.ft. to Learning Express at Heritage Place Shopping Center in Creve Coeur, MO. The company also represented the lessee, Platos Closet, in the leasing of 2,450 sq.ft. at Mid Rivers Center in St. Peters, MO. Sansone Group represented the lessor.
Sansone Group (314-727-6664) brokered the following leases, all in the St. Louis metropolitan area: 3,185 sq.ft. to Kids Sportsworld and an outparcel space to Applebees at Mid Rivers Center located at the intersection of Mid Rivers Mall Drive and Highway 94; and 7,377 sq.ft. to Wells Fargo Bank at Clayton Center located on South Central in St. Louis, MO.
Garrick-Aug Worldwide (212-557-9090) leased two spaces of 800 sq.ft. located on the west side of Madison Avenue between 62nd and 63rd Streets on behalf of the former tenant, Patrick Cox.
Codina Realty Services, Inc. (561-362-0606) leased space totaling more than 2,900 sq.ft. to Victors Fine Antiques and Caviarteria, each at Mizner Park, a shopping center anchored by Jacobsons Department Store located on Federal Highway just north of Palmetto Park Road in downtown Boca Raton, FL.
