CB Richard Ellis (858-546-4600) garnered the exclusive leasing, merchandising and management contract for Palomar Village, a 145,841 sq.ft. shopping center located at the northwest corner of Rancho California and Margariat Roads in Temecula, CA. Anchors include Albertson’s and Long’s Drugs, while other tenants include Supercuts, Burger King, Papa John’s Pizza, Green Burrito, Shell Oil, Jiffy Lube and California Bank and Trust. PM Realty Advisors purchased the center at the beginning of 2000.

United Commercial Realty/ChainLinks (214-526-6262) has been named exclusive leasing agent by Yatim Real Estate Investors for Lakeview Plaza, a 104,000 sq.ft. shopping center located at the northwest corner of Dalrock Avenue and Highway 66 in Rowlett, TX. Anchor tenants include Albertson’s, Blockbuster Video and Hallmark. 25,000 sq.ft. is available in Phase II of the center, as well as a ground lease on the pad site located adjacent to McDonald’s fronting Highway 66.
