Sigma National, Inc. plans to break ground on Bermuda Crossroads Marketplace, a 145,000 sq.ft. project located at the northwest quadrant of Routes One and 10 in Chester, VA this month. Anchors include Frank’s Nursery and Crafts, OfficeMax and Ruby Tuesday. The center is adjacent to Home Depot.

Paces Properties is developing Oakdale Park, a 180,000 sq.ft., 50-acre mixed-use center located in the north Atlanta suburb of Vinnings, GA. Space is available. The project is located directly across from a plot of land slated to house 49 residential properties. Pre-leasing has begun on the property, which is scheduled to break ground during the first quarter of 2001 and be completed by year’s end. 150,000 sq.ft. of space has been earmarked for retail stores.

The Harbor Companies plans to develop Bloomfield Park, an 80-acre mixed-use development to include luxury apartments, a five-star hotel, class ‘A’ office space, parks, two lake and entertainment facilities in addition to retail including an upscale health and fitness club, shops and restaurants. The project, located in Bloomfield Township, MI, will require a rezoning of the area from "research park" to "mixed-use." Space is available.
