Today’s Man (856-235-5656) named David Weitz president and chief executive officer and Neal Fox vice chairman of the company. The company’s current chairman, founder David Feld, will stay on but is turning over supervision of the company’s day-to-day operations to focus on Internet business and exploring new ventures. Weitz comes to the company after being employed at Duane Reade, Grossman’s and First National Supermarkets.

Weis Markets (570-286-3636) named Joseph Kucharski real estate manager for projects in DE and MD. Kucharski will be responsible for site selection, store development and property management in this region. Prior to joining the company, Kucharski worked as real estate manager for Supervalu’s Northeast division.

Syndicated Equities Corporation (312-640-9020) named Russell Brenner investment strategist for the company. Prior to joining Syndicated Equities, Brenner was associate director of Insignia/ESG Chicago.

Aaron Rents, Inc. (404-231-0011) named Kenneth Mallernee corporate real estate counsel for the company. Prior to joining the company, Mallernee was general counsel for M&H Properties, Ltd.

Arvida Realty Services (941-262-7131) announced the hiring of Warren Segraves as a realtor.

The Sembler Company (727-384-6000) announced that J.Gill Sallade was named senior development manager for its Atlanta, GA office. Prior to joining the firm, Sallade worked as vice president of design and construction with JDN Development Company Inc. In his new position, Sallade will be responsible for construction, due diligence design and contract management for retail shopping center projects in the Southeast.

L.J. Melody (612-336-4211) hired David Rasmussen as vice president of its Minneapolis, MN office. Most recently before joining the firm, Rasmussen was the owner of RealDave.com, a Web site listing and marketing properties. His prior experience includes more than twenty years of real estate finance brokerage and development experience.
