NYC Realty (201-227-9790) was named exclusive leasing agent for a 7,200 sq.ft. shopping center in Westchester Square, Bronx, NY.

Kahn & Company Real Estate (215-654-0500) was named exclusive leasing agent for the Heaton S. Swartley Oil Company portfolio of real estate. The portfolio includes 13 gasoline stations in four PA counties. The sites can be sold individually or for an aggregate price of $6.78 million.

H&R Retail (410-308-0800) and MHM Advisors (516-482-2689) were named exclusive leasing agents for the disposition of select Today’s Man properties averaging approximately 25,000 sq.ft. in CT, NY and PA. H&R Retail will handle the subleasing of a location on Chestnut Street in Philadelphia, PA, and MHM will handle the subleasing of two stores, one in the Manhasset Center on Northern Boulevard in Manhasset, NY and another in a freestanding building across from Darinor Plaza in Norwalk, CT. Originally, Today’s Man had planned to close the three stores. The exclusive leasing agents will also work with complimentary retailers to sublease 1,000 sq.ft. to 2,500 sq.ft. in all Today’s Man locations.
