Urban Retail Properties Company (561-394-6433) leased space to Best Buy, Sports Authority, Jo Ann Fabrics and Staples at Citrus Park, a 350,000 sq.ft. power center located in Tampa, FL. Other tenants include Ross Dress For Less, Bed Bath & Beyond and PETsMART. The company also leased space to Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Goody’s, Party City, Zany Brainy and the Atlanta Bread Company at the Plaza at Greenville Mall in Greenville, SC.
