ChainLinks Retail Advisors (703-821-3994) named Marsha Getto-Aikens director of national accounts, and Kimberly Rankin director of client services. Prior to joining the company, Getto-Aikens was development director for The Great Indoors. Rankin is the former director of marketing and business development for the real estate division of the Tutt Companies.

 

J.H. Snyder Company (323-857-5546) has formed a joint venture with Lexington Commercial Holdings to develop Southern CA real estate projects totaling as much as $1 billion in the coming four years. The joint venture will encompass more than $400 million of J.H. Snyder’s current projects and up to $600 million for additional development opportunities.

 

Trammell Crow Company (561-394-3388) named Ronald Babos vice president, retail services. In his new position, Babos will be responsible for retail tenant representation and development in South FL. Prior to joining the company, Babos worked for Mid-America Real Estate Corporation as vice president.

 

Regency Realty Corporation (636-728-2700) opened a new office on One Tower Lane in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, the company’s 19th location nationwide. Mamie Yee was recently selected to head up the office, which will focus on acquisitions and investments in the Chicago metropolitan area.

 

Bend Properties, Inc. (949-261-6464) appointed Robert LaScala chief operating officer. LaScala will be in charge of operations, financing, acquisitions and sales.

 

CB Richard Ellis (760-773-3555) announced that Vincent Battaglia joined the Indian Wells office of the company. Prior to joining the firm, Battaglia resided in Russia where, in 1992, he started Babylon Company, LLC, a commercial leasing and development company. He returned to Southern CA in 1998 where he worked for Spinello Commercial marketing and leasing real estate in the high desert and Coachella Valley.
