Metro Commercial Real Estate (856-866-1900) was given the exclusive management contract for a portfolio of 10 properties totaling 420,000 sq.ft. in Central PA, NJ and NY by Insalaco Enterprises.
United Commercial Realty/ChainLinks (214-526-6262) was named exclusive leasing agent for Preston Village Shopping Center, a 278,000 sq.ft. retail center located at the southeast corner of Preston Road and Highway 121 in Plano, TX. National tenants at the center include Minyan’s, Petco, Cost Plus, OfficeMax and Roomstore. The company was also retained by UBS Brinson Realty Investors, LLC to handle the leasing of Mayfair Village Shopping Center, a 248,059 sq.ft. shopping center located at the southwest corner of Highway 26 and Hurstview in Hurst, TX. National tenants at the center include Tom Thumb, Blockbuster, Bally Total Fitness, Radio Shack, Sally’s Beauty Supply and Wendy’s.
Edgemark LLC (630-472-1010) has been named exclusive leasing agent for Wheatland Marketplace, a 110,000 sq.ft. shopping center anchored by Dominick’s and located at the intersection of Route 59 and 95th Street in Naperville, IL. Other tenants include Blockbuster and Starbucks.
Ripco Real Estate (610-834-8000) has been selected by Trammell Crow Company to be the exclusive leasing agent for two proposed shopping centers in NJ. The first is a 350,000 sq.ft. project located at the intersection of Route 38 and Ark Road in Mount Laurel, NJ, and the second is a 285,000 sq.ft. project located at the intersection of the Black Horse Pike and Fries Mill Road in Washington Township, NJ. Pre-leasing is under way at both proposed centers.
Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (610-525-3345) was named exclusive leasing agent for 10,000 sq.ft. at Continental Plaza in Cherry Hill, NJ. The balance of the 40,000 sq.ft. building is occupied by Continental Plaza, a high-end furniture and custom kitchen retailer.
