Lease SigningsSteven Bell & Co. (336-272-7196) leased 57,000 sq.ft. to Kroger at Parkwood Mall located in Wilson, NC. The supermarket is being built on a site near a former Winn-Dixie. An opening is planned for mid-Spring 2001.
Just-A-Buck (914-291-7018), a dollar-store chain, signed leases at 10 locations including Stadium Plaza in Jersey City, NJ; Westchester Square Shopping Center located in Hartsdale, NY; Super A&P Plaza located in Bayonne, NJ; Veterans Square Shopping Center located in Lyndhurst, NJ; Interstate Plaza located in Mahwah, NJ; Carmel Shope Rite Center located in Carmel, NY; Ridgeway Center located in Stamford, CT; Riverside Plaza located in Lansingburg, NY; and locations on Springfield Avenue in Irvington, NJ; Soundview Avenue located in the Bronx, NY.
Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-497-2113) represented the landlord in the leasing of 4,000 sq.ft. to S&K Menswear at Crossways Shopping Center located on Greenbriar Parkway in Chesapeake, VA. Anchors include Montgomery Ward, Office Depot and Marshall’s.
Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-866-1900) brokered a 7,100 sq.ft. lease for Aaron’s Furniture at AT&T Shopping Center, a 25,000 sq.ft. strip center located at the intersection of Aramingo and Tioga Avenues in Philadelphia, PA. The lease was valued in excess of $348,000. The company also brokered the leasing of 3,800 sq.ft. to America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses at Oxford Point Shopping Center, a 52,000 sq.ft. center anchored by IHOP and Floors USA located in Fairless Hills, PA.
Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) brokered the leasing of 2,144 sq.ft. to ACS Home Entertainment Gallery at Valley View Station located in Roanoke, VA. The company also brokered the leasing of 2,500 sq.ft. to The Nutrition Club at Janaf Shopping Center located in Norfolk, VA; 4,440 sq.ft. to Movie Gallery at The Shops at Lucks Lane located in Richmond, VA; 1,432 sq.ft. to Jersey Mike’s Sub Shop at Railey Hill located in Midlothian, VA; and 1,400 sq.ft. at Red Mill Marketplace located in Virginia Beach, VA, 1,200 sq.ft. at Emporia Commons located in Emporia, VA and 1,500 sq.ft. at Rocky Mount Plaza located in Rocky Mount, VA, each to GNC.

Anchors include Sam Ash Music and The Men’s Wearhouse.
