New ConstructionCourtelis Company plans to break ground on the Cascades at Isleworth, a 250,000 sq.ft. lifestyle specialty center on 27 acres located at the southwest corner of Apopka-Vineland and Conroy Windermere Roads in Lakeland, FL. Space is available. The project, which is slated for a Fall 2000 groundbreaking and a Fall 2001 opening, will be anchored by a 51,000 sq.ft. Publix. Location Realty, Inc. is developing Kinkos Plaza located at the intersection of Washington Avenue and Blakeslee Street in North Haven, CT. 4,800 sq.ft. is available. The company is also developing Gateway Plaza, a 53,000 sq.ft. shopping center located immediately adjacent to Buckland Mall on Deming Road in Manchester, CT. Regency Realty Corporation is developing Fort Bend Center, a 103,000 sq.ft. project to be anchored by Kroger Signature grocery store, and located at the intersection of Highway Six and Bissonet in Houston, TX. Up to 40,000 sq.ft. is available. The company plans to develop Phase II of the center in the near future. When complete, the project will total 30 acres. The company is also developing a 143,000 sq.ft. shopping center on 16 acres located at the intersection of Twin Oaks Valley Road and Discovery Road in San Marcos, CA.
