Lease SigningsFlocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) represented the lessor in the leasing of 750 sq.ft. to Enhancery Jewelers at a site on Camino del Rio North in San Diego, CA. The five-year lease was valued at $70,683. The company also represented the lessor, Cigarettes Cheaper, in the leasing of 1,575 sq.ft. at Sweetwater Square Shopping Center on Highland Avenue in National City, CA. The lease term was 37 months, and was valued at more than $74,000.
Mid-America Real Estate (630-954-7300) leased 58,000 sq.ft. to Hobby Lobby, a space formerly housing an 85,000 sq.ft. Dominicks store, at the Aurora Marketplace in Aurora, IL. Mid-America represented Dominicks in the transaction.
Southern Real Estate (704-375-1000) leased a 36,000 sq.ft. former Winn-Dixie store in the Sardis Crossing Shopping Center in Charlotte, NC to Harris Teeter and the supermarket is scheduled to open during the second half of next year.
Paran Management Company (216-921-5663) leased 16,351 sq.ft. to Save-A-Lot and 1,310 sq.ft. to GNC at Caro-Cameron Depot in Caro, MI; 9,360 sq.ft. to Family Dollar at Memphis Fulton Shopping Center in Cleveland, OH and 8,500 sq.ft. at Decatur Plaza in Decatur, IN; 4,915 sq.ft. to Shoe Show at Fostoria Plaza in Fostoria, OH and 7,000 sq.ft. to Dollar General at Sagamore Square Shopping Center in Sagamore Hills, OH.

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-497-2113) brokered a lease with Jennifer Convertibles for a 3,200 sq.ft. store in the Festival at Waldorf Shopping Center in Waldorf, MD. The company also leased 5,500 sq.ft. to Antioch Christian Center, a christian bookstore, at 360 West Shopping Center in Richmond, VA.

Charter Realty & Development (203-629-3939) brokered a long-term lease with Wal*Mart at a location formerly housing Caldor in Avon CT. The lease includes the expansion of the building to include a garden center as well as additional square footage.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-599-3700) represented Macys in its leasing of 71,000 sq.ft. at The Mall at IV located on Route Four east of Route 17 in Paramus, NJ. Spaces of 5,000 sq.ft. to 20,000 sq.ft. remain available. The center was recently "de-malled" by Strategic Resources Corporation, which is spearheading the redevelopment project.
NAI Harvey Lindsay (757-640-8700) brokered 3,300 sq.ft. to Old Point Bank at Crown Center located in Norfolk, VA and 3,850 sq.ft. to Chesapeake Paint, Inc. at Volvo Parkway Shopping Center located in Chesapeake, VA.
Ripco Real Estate (516-933-8880) brokered leases totaling more than 50,000 sq.ft. for Staples, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Coffee Beanery at the Newtown Shopping Center, a 210,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 413 and the 332 bypass in Newtown, PA. The company also brokered the leasing of 2,700 sq.ft. at the Court at Deptford, a 450,000 sq.ft. center at Almonesson and Deptford Center Roads in Gloucester County, NJ, and 2,000 sq.ft. at Liberty Square, a 250,000 sq.ft. center located on Route 541 in Burlington County, NJ, each for The Nutrition Club. The Court at Deptford is anchored by Sams Club, Circuit City, Ross Dress For Less, Phar-Mor and Chuck E. Cheese, while Liberty Plaza is anchored by Wal*Mart.

The lease term for Goodwill Industries was seven years, and the lease was valued in excess of $425,000. The City Styles lease was valued at $47,000. The company also brokered the leasing of 5,000 sq.ft. to Love Ur Kids at Cardiff Plaza, a 140,000 sq.ft. shopping center located on Route 322 in Atlantic County, NJ. The center is anchored by Phar-Mor and Aarons Rental, and the lease was valued at $185,000; 2,480 sq.ft. to Sun National Bank at Crossroads Plaza, an 85,000 sq.ft. shopping center located on New Castle Avenue in Wilmington, DE. The center is anchored by Super Fresh and Family Dollar, and the lease was valued in excess of $82,000.
