ExclusivesGarrick-Aug Worldwide (212-557-9090) has been named exclusive agent for 700 Fifth Avenue between 54th and 55th Streets in New York, NY. The space, currently tenanted by Tundra, has 954 sq.ft. on the ground floor and 1,050 sq.ft. in the basement. The site has 20 feet of frontage. The company will also handle the leasing for the 2,200 sq.ft. at 1460 Lexington Avenue between in 94th and 95th Streets. The Owl & The Crow is the current tenant with 20 feet of frontage.
Katz & Associates (845-735-6666) will represent Mikasa in NJ, CT, Long Island, Westchester and the New York City boroughs. The company plans to open 10 stores in the area during fiscal 2001. The stores will range between 6,000 sq.ft. and 7,000 sq.ft. The company will also hande site selections for five to eight openings for Phillips-Van Heusen. The company will open stores ranging in size between 3,500 sq.ft. anf 4,500 sq.ft. in non-outlet retail centers.
Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) is the exclusive leasing agent for River Loft and the Shops at Tobacco Row in Richmond, VA. The development will be located on the north side of the James River bounded by Franklin Street on the north, Pear Street on the east, Dock Street on the south and 21st Street on the west. Forest City Enterprises is developing the projects. Specialty shops, a gourmet grocery store, full service drug store and service oriented retailers are planned for the buildings.
