Edgemark LLC (630-472-1010) represented the landlord in leasing 4,000 sq.ft. to Rent-A-Center in McHenry, IL; 5,129 sq.ft. to China Buffet at the Rolling Meadows Shopping Center in Rolling Meadows, IL; 2,000 sq.ft. to Papa Murphy’s at Whitnall in St. Francis, WI; 1,530 sq.ft. to Mail Boxes, Etc. at Rose Plaza in Hoffman Estates, IL; 3,000 sq.ft. and 3,400 sq.ft. to AT & T in Chicago, IL; 8,500 sq.ft. to MAB Paints in Chicago, IL.

Palm Restaurant (202-775-7256) leased space in Westshore Plaza in Tampa, FL. The New York based, upscale restaurant chain currently operates 23 restaurants.

Developers Diversified Realty (216-755-5500) signed leases for a 29,945 sq.ft. Nordstrom Rack and a 27,569 sq.ft. Ross Dress For Less at CityPlace, a 450,000 sq.ft. center located in Long Beach, CA.

Flocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) represented 7-Eleven, Inc. in leasing approximately 2,854 sq.ft. at 525 "C" Street, San Diego, CA and 2,566 sq.ft. in the Park Crest Plaza Shopping Center at 44535 Bedford Court, Temecula, CA. The leases, one for 15 years and one for 10 years, are valued at $1,419,563 and $463,420. The company also represented Santana Village Shopping Center, Santee, CA with a ten-year lease to Starbucks for an aggregate rent of $507,474. The company also represented Togo’s Eateries, Inc. & Baskin Robbins USA in the brokering of a 12-year lease for 2,310 sq.ft. at 1101 West Valley Parkway, Escondido, CA as a Togo’s/Baskin Robbins combo store and valued at $1,098,520. The company also represented Carmel Country Plaza Shopping Center located at 12880 Carmel Country Road, San Diego, CA with the leasing of 1,694 sq.ft. to La Salsa, Inc. The lease is for 10 years, and at a consideration of $729,447.

TrizecHahn Office Properties (416-361-7200) announced the addition of Arnie Morton’s of Chicago, The Steakhouse and Gold’s Gym to 7+FIG, a 2.5million square foot mixed-use project in downtown Los Angeles, CA.

JBG Rosenfeld Retail Propeties (301-657-0700) represented Gold’s Gym in the signing of a lease for a 28,000 sq.ft. former bowling alley in the Shirley Park Shopping Center on Glebe Road in South Arlington, VA. This is the sixth lease the company has finalized for Gold’s in the Washington metropolitan area.

KLNB, Inc. (410-321-0100) has announced the leasing of a new, 50,190 sq.ft. retail center located at MD Route 355 (Urban Pike) and Lowes Lane in Frederick, MD. Recent tenants to commit include Office Depot, Party City, Panera Bread, Reico Kitchens and Mattress Discounters.

Newcastle Properties (847-480-9700) represented the landlord in the signing of a 10,000 sq.ft. Pier 1 Imports at Bloomingdale Square in Bloomingdale, IL. Pier 1 will join Michael’s Arts & Crafts, The Avenue and Pearle Vision.
