Regency Centers (904-356-7000) hired Snowden Leftwich as vice president for the CO and AZ markets. Leftwich will be responsible for overseeing the growth in the southwest including eight properties that are under construction in CO and AZ. The properties are all grocery-anchored.

Cushman & Wakefield (212-841-7918) completed its merger with Cushman Realty Corporation. Cushman Realty Corporation has brought its 11 offices and $5 billion annual leasing and sales volume under the Cushman & Wakefield banner. The new company has 174 offices worldwide and an annual transaction value of over $37 billion.

Sperry Van Ness (949-250-4100) hired Gwen Mackenzie as an investment broker. Mackenzie has 16 years experience in the real estate industry from acquisitions and dispositions to leasing and marketing.

Grubb & Ellis (847-753-7500) named Mark R. Costello chief operating officer. Costello joins the firm from Ernst & Young’s real estate advisory practice where he served as East Coast director and partner. Costello joins CFO Ian Bress and CEO Barry Barovick in leading the company all three have been hired within the last three months.
