Coyote Management (972-248-9375) leased space at Sarasota Square Mall in Sarasota FL to Little Tokyo Max Orient Nails & Facials Southwestern Style and Beepers ‘n Phones. The company leased space at Metrocenter Mall in Jackson MS to Colberts Underground Hakky Shoe Repair Hair Explosion and Metro Barber. The company leased space at Sikes Center Mall in Wichita Falls TX to American Eagle Gadzooks Journeys Advanced Digital Solutions and Harris Jewelry & Electronics. The company also signed two leases with Fashion Scents at Leigh Mall in Columbus MS and at Greenville Mall in Greenville MS.

Equity Investment Group (404-364-2984) signed the following leases: 26 524 sq.ft. to Qmovie.net at Aurora Plaza Shopping Center in Denver CO for a five-year term; 9 221 sq.ft. to Crystal Garden and 2 883 sq.ft. to Noah’s Ark Pet Center at Sunshine Square Shopping Center in Long Island NY for a 10-year term; 5 600 sq.ft. to Glik’s at Summit Shopping Center in Van Wert OH for a five-year term; 4 050 sq.ft. to Bargain Books at Swansea Crossing Shopping Center in Swansea MA for a five-year term; 2 500 sq.ft. to Rarick’s at County Fair Shopping Center in Angola IN for a five-year term; 2 375 sq.ft. to Athena Travel and 900 sq.ft. to Prime Time Travel at Tarpon Springs Mall in Tarpon Springs FL for a four-year term; 2 095 sq.ft. to Remington Support Service at Pasadena Shopping Center in Houston TX for a three-year term; 2 050 sq.ft. to Atlanta Fabric Discount at Northeast Plaza Shopping Center in Atlanta GA for a three-year term; 1 640 sq.ft. to China One at Plaza 66 Shopping Center in St. Petersburg FL for a 10-year term; 1 504 sq.ft. to GNC at Holyoke Shopping Center in Holyoke MA for a five-year term; 1 200 sq.ft. to Edward Jones at Napoleon Center in Napoleon OH for a five-year term; 875 sq.ft. to Design Dental Lab at Green Acres Plaza Shopping Center in Saginaw MI for a six-year term and 800 sq.ft. to Hong Kong Restaurant at Skyway Plaza Shopping Center in St. Petersburg FL for a ten-year term.

CB Richard Ellis (305-374-6411) brokered the lease of 54 200 sq.ft. to Albertson’s Inc. at the intersection of Kennedy Drive and Roosevelt Boulevard in Key West FL. The space is owned by Aburndale Partners Inc.

CNM Associates (703-847-0865) brokered the lease of 6 000 sq.ft. to CompUSA Inc. trading as Cozone at the Plaza America Retail Center in Reston VA. Starbucks and Fitness First also signed leases for the 165 000 sq.ft. center. The project is located on Sunset Hills Road just off the Dulles Toll Road and is owned by Intertech Corporation.

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) brokered the lease of 8 000 sq.ft. to AT&T located on Route 22 in Watchung NJ.

The Woodmont Company (817-732-4000) brokered the lease of 1 883 sq.ft. to Interstate Battery at Cityview Towne Crossing in Fort Worth TX. The 322 500 sq.ft. center is located on Bryant Irvin Boulevard and is anchored by SuperTarget Babies ‘R’ Us Petco and Staples.

Grubb & Ellis-Phoenix Realty Group (904-399-5222) brokered the lease of 25 564 sq.ft. to Sav-A-Lot at the Paxon Shopping Center in Jacksonville FL. The center is located on North Edgewood Avenue.

The Goodman Company (561-833-3777) signed three leases at The Esplanade on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach FL. Treviani Italian Restaurant leased 5 243 sq.ft. Citadine a women’s apparel retailer took 1 880 sq.ft. and Tammy Apostal Couture leased 548 sq.ft.

The Staubach Company (972-361-5023) brokered the lease of 30 000 sq.ft. to Ross Stores at Cerrito Plaza in El Cerrito CA. The company also brokered the lease of 25 000 sq.ft. to Rooms to Go in Dallas TX. The site is located at the intersection of Interstate 635 and Preston Road. The company also brokered the lease of 7 600 sq.ft. to Coldwater Creek at Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks CA. The center is located on Riverside Drive. The company brokered the lease of 6 844 sq.ft. to The Orvis Company at Deerfield Village Centre in Deerfield IL. The specialty retailer specializing in sporting goods and hunting equipment has 25 retail stores worldwide.

Grubb & Ellis (858-546-6804) brokered the lease of 2 589 sq.ft. to S.J. Rocks Inc. at the Santee Town Center in Santee CA. The specialty retailer specializing in custom-made rock features and waterfalls will open in the center located on Town Center Parkway.
