Ripco Real Estate (610-834-8000) hired Eric Knopping as director of investment services. Knopping will be responsible for growing the firm’s investment sales and mortgage brokerage divisions.

RealSoure (888-425-9993) the commercial real estate alliance in FL named its 2001-2002 officers: vice chairman Craig R. Rathburn president of SouthTrend Realty in Melbourne FL; secretary R. Scott Cameron president of Cameron Real Estate Services Inc. in Naples FL; treasurer Matt Sullivan president of The Sullivan Group in Orlando FL and membership chairman W. Frost Weaver president Weaver Realty Group Inc. of Jacksonville FL.

Kramont Realty Trust (610-825-7100) was added to the Russell 200 and Russell 300 Indexes stock indicators based on the largest publicly traded companies based on market capitalization. Kramont owns operates manages or has under development 12 million sq.ft. of space in 16 states.

The Staubach Companies (972-361-5000) named Steve Stratton managing principal of the Midwest corporate services office to the firm’s executive committee. Stratton specializes in tenant representation. The company also promoted Bruce Hopple to senior vice president of the Chicago office.

NAI Hiffman (630-932-1234) hired Jason Sorce as an associate in the retail brokerage group. Sorce has three years experience and has completed transactions for Aldi Foods Auto Zone Dollar General and Tutor Time.

Donahue Schriber (714-545-1400) hired Paul Trapp as a senior leasing representative. Trapp will be responsible for leasing properties in southern CA and AZ as well as new development at Del Mar Highlands Town Center in Del Mar CA; Poinsettia Village in Carlsbad CA; Village Center at Rose in Placentia CA and Paradise Square in Scottsdale AZ. Prior to joining the firm Trapp served as director of leasing for Hollywood Video.

Sheldon Good & Company International LLC (312-346-1500) was formed by the acquisition of Sheldon Good & Company International by Steven Good Partners International LLC. The firm is the first national real estate auction company to create a corporate partnership of all of its operating officers. The Sheldon Good & Company International has sold nearly $8 billion in real estate in its 36-year history.

Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP (212-895-2000) hired Richard Crystal as a partner in the real estate practice for the firm’s New York office. Crystal will be responsible for joint ventures property development and financings. Crystal has represented developers investors and lenders during his time served at Winston & Strawn Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan and Whitman & Ransom.

New World Coffee-Manhattan Bagel Inc. (732-544-0155) hired Anthony D. Wedo as chief executive officer. Wedo has served as CEO and managing partner of the Atlantic Restaurant Group and served previously as a Boston Market and KFC franchise chain leader. Current CEO of New World Ramin Kamfar will retain his position as chairman of the board of directors and will focus on strategic issues.

Skipper’s Inc. (425-670-3393) promoted Brad Barnett to president and chief executive officer of the seafood restaurant chain. Barnett has served as chief financial officer since July 1999 and has served previously as CEO of Marsee Baking and vice president of operations with Clark Oil.

Tully’s Coffee Corp. (206-233-2070) named Marc Evanger interim president and chief executive officer after Jaime Colbourne resigned. Evanger has served on the company board and as vice president for corporate planning for over two years. Colbourne resigned after claiming he had not been informed of the companies financial challenges when he was hired in February. The company operates 114 stores in CA ID OR and WA.

Spectrum Clubs Inc. (469-467-2300) hired Larry Hohl as president and chief executive officer and Mike Mullen as senior vice president of business development. Hohl has served as CEO of Silver Cinemas and Landmark Theaters and as vice president and general manager of Nike Inc. Retail. Mullen has served at Silver Cinemas/Landmark Theaters in strategic planning finance and operations. The company operates 18 fitness clubs in southern CA and TX.

NAI/Rohde Realy (210-366-1400) spun off two companies to allow the firm’s leaders to concentrate on what they do best. NAI/Rohde Ottmers & Siegel Realty Services and NAI/Rohde Property Management are now separate entities but continue to share office space.
