Cushman & Wakefield (800-376-3133) has been awarded the management contract for a 30 000 sq.ft. retail space on 5th Avenue in New York. The property is owned by LCOR.

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) will be the tenant representative for Bertucci’s Brick Oven Pizzeria. The 81-unit chain is looking to open 12 restaurants in MD during the next year needing site specifications that include 6 000 sq.ft. of endcap or inline space.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide Ltd. (212-983-7192) has been appointed the exclusive agents for 2 200 sq.ft. of retail space at The Vanguard on Sixth Avenue between 24th and 25th Streets in New York NY. The Vanguard is a 29-story multi-use building with 40 feet of frontage on the east side of the avenue.

Trammell Crow Co. (301-718-0330) will be the exclusive developer and leasing agent for the Woodbury Centre in Woodbury NY. The 68-acre retail site is owned by Allied Partners Inc. and located at the intersection of Route 17/32 and Route 6 at the New York State Thruway. Woodbury Centre a 228 000 sq.ft. power strip center has retail leases committed for all but 6 750 sq.ft.
