Lease Signings Transwestern Realty (202-775-7033) brokered the lease of 10 000 sq.ft. to Seven located on Route 7 in Tysons Corner VA. The cafe signed a lease with a 10-year term in the space formerly occupied by the Fedora Cafe. Insignia/ESG (212-984-8073) brokered a 6 300 sq.ft. lease for ICON Health & Fitness Inc. subsidiary NordicTrack at the Harrow’s Shopping Center located on Route 17 South in Paramus NJ. The owner is 17th Century Corp. The space will be NordicTrack’s first non-mall-based location in the greater New York metropolitan area. Robert B. Aikens & Associates LLC (248-375-9451) leased 9 000 sq.ft. to Casual Corner 6 000 sq.ft. to J.Crew 4 500 sq.ft. to Ann Taylor and 2 500 sq.ft. to Chico’s at The Village at Rochester Hills in Rochester Hills MI. The 375 000 sq.ft. center is scheduled to open in September 2002. Levin Management Corporation (908-755-2401) leased 2 000 sq.ft. to Sensational Beauty Supply at Twin City Shopping Center in Jersey City NJ. The 94 000 sq.ft. center located on Garfield Avenue is anchored by Acme Supermarket Fashion Bug Dunkin Donuts Wendy’s Twin City Liquors and Custom Dry Cleaners. The project is now fully leased. The company also leased 10 875 sq.ft. to Gap at the Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack NY.Sansone Group (314-727-6664) brokered the lease of 1 050 sq.ft. to Subway at Mid Rivers Center in St. Louis MO; 1 800 sq.ft in Mullanphy Gardens Florissant MO to Mullanphy Cleaners; Lucky Star Inc. dba Lee Wok Chop Suey took 1 400 sq.ft. in the Southwest and Kingshighway Plaza St. Louis MO; 750 sq.ft. of space in the South Lakeview Plaza in St. Louis MO went to Commerce Bank NA; and Gateway Metro Credit Union took 1 770 sq.ft in the Barrett Station Shopping Center in St. Louis MO. |
