Hamburg Pavilion in Lexington KY also is being developed. The 950 000-sq.ft multi-anchor power center is located on the northwest corner of Interstate 75 and Man-O-War Boulevard in Fayette County. The project will offer shops outparcels and Class A office space on 100 acres when complete.

The project is slated for completion this fall and will feature fashion retailers home furnishing centers restaurants specialty retailers and office space. Within five miles the location serves a population of 177 605.
