The site is located near Concord Mills on the northwest corner of Interstate 85 and Speedway Boulevard in Caburrus County. Meadowview Pointe is currently being developed in Kingsport TN. The site is located at the southeast corner of John B. Dennis Highway and Interstate 181 in Sullivan County. Within a 5-mile radius the site features a population of 47 821 and an average household income of $48 627. Newnan Crossing is being developed on the southwest corner of Interstate 85 and State Route 34 in Newnan GA. The project will feature 1.3 million sq.ft. on 136 acres when complete. Old Navy Office Depot TJ Maxx Michael’s Target Golden Corral O’Charley’s Cracker Barrel Chick-Fil-A and Burger King occupy the 400 000 sq.ft. Phase I. Hamburg Pavilion in Lexington KY also is being developed. The 950 000-sq.ft multi-anchor power center is located on the northwest corner of Interstate 75 and Man-O-War Boulevard in Fayette County. Forum Development Group is marketing the 270 000 sq.ft. Pavilion at La Costa in Carlsbad CA in conjunction with Thomas Enterprises Inc. The project is located on the corner of Olivenhain Road and El Camino Real. A fall 2002 opening is scheduled. A 552 000-sq.ft. mixed-use project the Forum on Peachtree Parkway is being developed on the northwest corner of Peachtree Parkway and Peachtree Corners Circle in northeast Atlanta GA. The project is being developed by Forum Development Group LLC. The project is slated for completion this fall and will feature fashion retailers home furnishing centers restaurants specialty retailers and office space. Within five miles the location serves a population of 177 605. ARC Properties Inc. is developing a supermarket-anchored shopping center on the corner of Route 28 and West Front Street in Plainfield NJ.
