The Rappaport Companies (703-641-9103) leased 2 998 sq.ft. to Foster’s Grille at the Vienna Shopping Center in Vienna VA. The restaurant will join Just $1 and Hamiltons Sofa Gallery at the center.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) brokered a lease with Sherwin Williams for 6 000 sq.ft. on Duke Street in Alexandria VA. Sherwin Williams will relocate to the new space from the Foxchase Shopping Center. Colonial Foods leased 31 000 sq.ft. of land to build a Pizza Hut at the Kemps River Crossing Shopping Plaza in Virginia Beach VA. The Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse leased 21 000 sq.ft. on Phoenix Drive in Virginia Beach VA. Foods of All Nations leased 21 600 sq.ft. at the Columbus Village East Shopping Center in Virginia Beach VA.

Boyd Page (713-877-8400) brokered a lease for Famous Footwear for 12 000 sq.ft. at the Northwest Marketplace in Houston TX from landlord Trammell Crow Co.

Developers Diversified Realty (216-755-5500) leased 30 187 sq.ft. to Ross Dress for Less at the 700 000 sq.ft. Meridian Crossroads Shopping Center. The store joins anchors Wal*Mart Bed Bath & Beyond Old Navy Office Depot and Sheplers. Sears has signed a lease for 132 000 sq.ft. and Old Navy has signed a lease for 20 000 sq.ft. at the Riverdale Village Shopping Center in Coon Rapids MN. HH Gregg Appliances Inc. signed a lease at Belden Park Crossings in Canton OH. HH Gregg will join anchor tenants Target Kohl’s and Value City Furniture. The company also brokered four leases with Bed Bath & Beyond to replace former HomePlace locations. Bed Bath & Beyond will open a 30 290 sq.ft. store in the Eagan Promenade a 278 510 sq.ft. shopping center located in Eagan MN anchored by Byerly’s TJ Maxx Office Max Barnes & Noble Michael’s and Old Navy. A 29 706 sq.ft. Bed Bath & Beyond will open in Maple Grove Crossing a 250 436 sq.ft. shopping center in Maple Grove MN. Anchor tenants at the center include Kohl’s Gander Mountain Barnes & Noble Petco and Old Navy. Another Bed Bath & Beyond store with 36 032 sq.ft. will join anchors Home Depot Marshalls Borders PETsMART Old Navy and Party City in the 341 908 sq.ft. Plaza at Sunset Hills power center in Sunset Hills MO. A 37 154 sq.ft. Bed Bath & Beyond will open in the 619 058 sq.ft. Plazas at Great Northern shopping center in North Olmstead OH joining anchor tenants Home Depot Marc’s Drugs Jo-Ann Etc. Best Buy Kronheim’s Furniture Marshalls CompUSA PETsMART Kids R US Cost Plus World Market and MC Sports.

The Cafaro Company (330-747-2661) signed a lease for 5 889 sq.ft. with Aztlan Restaurant & Cantina at the Spotsylvania Mall in Fredericksburg VA.

Garrick-Aug Associates (212-557-9090) brokered the lease of about 2 000 sq.ft. at 700 Fifth Avenue between 54th and 55th streets in NY to Wempe Jewelers for an expansion of existing space. Artbag Creations signed a 15-year lease for 1 700 sq.ft. on Madison Avenue and 84th Street.

Federal Realty Investment Trust (301-998-8100) leased 26 850 sq.ft. to Borders Books & Music at Santana Row in San Jose CA for a two-level store.

Flocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) brokered a lease for 2 377 sq.ft. to Togo’s Eateries & Baskin Robbins USA an the Pacific Plaza II shopping center in Pacific Beach CA. The company also brokered the lease of 825 sq.ft. to General Nutrition Corporation at University Square Shopping Center in San Diego CA. The lease has a five-year term and a consideration of $79 602.

Charter Realty & Development Corp. (203-629-3939) along with National Commercial Brokers has leased 48 000 sq.ft. to Entertainment Cinemas in the Stratford Square Shopping Center in Stratford CT. Entertainment Cinemas will open a 14-screen theater at the property owned by Kramont Realty Trust.

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) recently brokered a five-year lease renewal for the 22 500 sq.ft. Marshalls at the Harbison Square Shopping Center in Columbia SC.

Rainier Commercial (253-853-2840) brokered a lease to El Toro restaurants for 6 240 sq.ft. at the Westgate South Shopping Center in Tacoma WA.

Capital Realty Advisors Inc. (561-624-5888) negotiated a five-year lease with Fantastic Sams for 1 771 sq.ft. at the Spring Park Shopping Center in Denham Springs LA.

KLNB Inc. (410-321-0100) brokered a lease to Border’s Books & Music at the Columbia Crossing shopping center in Columbia MD. Designer Shoe Warehouse picked up Border’s former 20 000 sq.ft. space at the Snowden Square Shopping Center.

Best Buy Co. Inc. (952-947-2000) signed leases for two stores in Mayfield Heights OH and Westwood CA.
