Charter Realty & Development Corporation (203-629-3939) is the exclusive leasing agent for the 182,847 sq.ft. Jordan Lane Shopping Center in Wethersfield, CT. The company recently signed a lease for 28,280 sq.ft. to A.J. Wright who will open in Spring 2001. The center is anchored by Big Lots, Super Dollar Tree, Fashion Bug, Payless Shoes and Best Fashions and has a 21,624 sq.ft. end cap and two 2,500 sq.ft. units available.
