Lease SigningsGreenberg Commercial Corporation (410-837-2500) leased 30,300 sq.ft. to Marshalls at The Village at Waugh Chapel in Crofton, MD. HomeGoods took 24,500 sq.ft. and Dress Barn leased 8,400 sq.ft. in the center. The company has also inked deals with Arbys (3,500 sq.ft.), H&R Block (2,000 sq.ft.), Chevy Chase Bank (3,400 sq.ft.), BB&T Bank (5,300 sq.ft.), and Lady of America Fitness (4,100 sq.ft.). The mixed-use development will ultimately have 425,000 sq.ft. of retail space.
Legend Properties (856-231-1010) brokered the lease of 8,000 sq.ft. to Mallorca Restaurant on South Street in Philadelphia. The Spanish-cuisine restaurant opened at the site of the former Cafe Nola. The company also leased 3,500 sq.ft. to Chestnut Dollar at 1821 Chestnut Street in Philadelphia. PA.
Oppidan Investment Company (952-294-0353) will lease Old Navy, Michaels and Bed Bath and Beyond approximately 20,000 sq.ft. each at Grand Forks Marketplace in Grand Forks, ND. The three stores will tenant a 67,000 sq.ft. building that is under construction adjacent to the SuperTarget.
National Realty & Development Corporation (914-694-4444) has signed leases with seven national tenants for the redeveloped 900,000 sq.ft. Orange Plaza in Walkill, NY. Bed Bath & Beyond leased 25,000 sq.ft.; The Rag Shop took 19,000 sq.ft.; Marshalls leased 13,000 sq.ft.; Joyce Leslie took 10,000 sq.ft.; Fashion Bug took 10,000 sq.ft.; Rockaway Bedding leased 4,500 sq.ft. and Franks Pizza leased 3,300 sq.ft. at the center located at Routes 17 and 211 just west of Interstate 84.
Pace Properties (314-968-9898) brokered the following leases for Affordable Portables: 3,600 sq.ft. at Dierbergs Oakville Shopping Center in Oakville, MO; 3,200 sq.ft. at 7333 Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis, MO; 2,400 sq.ft. at Dierbergs Marketplace Shopping Center in Chesterfield, MO; 1,460 sq.ft. at Woodchase Plaza in Chesterfield, MO; 1,400 sq.ft. at Swansea Plaza in Swansea, IL and 1,378 sq.ft. at 10881 Baur Boulevard in St. Louis, MO. The company also leased Tommorrows Mother Maternity 2,400 sq.ft. at Central Plaza in Ballwin, MO; State Beauty Supply 1,400 sq.ft. at Washington Corners Shopping Center in Washington, MO and Ombudsman Educational Services 1,400 sq.ft. at Southtown Plaza in St. Louis, MO.
Michael Joseph Development Corporation (724-934-1006) leased 1,600 sq.ft. to CitiFinancial and 1,600 sq.ft. to Express Uniform at Townfair Center in Indiana, PA. The center is located on Business Route 422 and is anchored by Lowes Home Improvement, Shop N Save Supermarket and CVS Pharmacy. The company also leased 2,500 sq.ft. to Wine & Spirits (PA Liquor Control Board), 2,500 sq.ft. to Dollar$Rama, 1,600 sq.ft. to Angels in the Attic, 1,200 sq.ft. to BoRics Hair Care and 1,200 sq.ft. to Model Cleaners at Willowbrook Plaza in Rostraver Township, PA. The center located at Route 51 and State Route 201 is anchored by Shop N Save Supermarket.
