Sansone Group (314-727-6664) leased 3,439 sq.ft. to AT&T Wireless PCS at Dierberg’s Fenton Crossing in Fenton, MO.

TFP Limited Real Estate Developers (717-825-9501) signed leases with Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Shoe Show, Staples and Old Navy for Arena Hub Plaza in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Island Associates Real Estate (631-587-5050) brokered the lease of an end cap to Starbucks Coffee on Franklin Avenue in Franklin Square, NY. The center is anchored by CVS Pharmacy and has demographics including an average annual household income of $87,000 and an average daily traffic count of 27,000 cars.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) brokered the lease of 3,130 sq.ft. to Chico’s FAS at Cameron Village Shopping Center in Raleigh, NC. The company brokered the leases of 1.4 acres of land to Hops Restaurant at Chesterfield Plaza in Midlothian, VA. The power center is anchored by Lowe’s, Best Buy, Dick’s Sportings Goods and Bassett Furniture.

KNLB, Inc. (410-321-0100) brokered the following leases: Gold’s Gym leased 14,000 sq.ft. at Crofton Shopping Center in Crofton, MD; Total Wine and More leased 7,500 sq.ft. at Westgate Shopping Center in Manassass, VA and York Wallcoverings took 6,638 sq.ft. at Broad Street Market in Timonium, MD.

Ripco Real Estate (610-834-8000) leased 3,000 sq.ft. to Club Tan at Union Square Shopping Center in Middletown, NJ. The lease was valued at $164,250. The company also leased 1,100 sq.ft. to CitiFinancial Services at Pilgrim Gardens in Drexel Hill, PA. The lease was valued at $46,200.

Boyd Page (713-877-8400) brokered the following leases in Houston, TX: 3,471 sq.ft. to Leslie’s Pool Supplies at Northwest Freeway Shopping Center; 7,358 sq.ft. to Marble & Tile Collection, Inc. at 1285 North Post Oak; 945 sq.ft. to Therapy & Wellness Center at Post Midtown Square and 1,040 sq.ft. to Pearland Hometown Travel, Inc. at Sage Point Shopping Center.

Donahue Schriber (949-737-2475) leased 10,500 sq.ft. to Tutor Time and 5,000 sq.ft. to Seoul Palace in the newly renovated Gordon Square Shopping Center in Buena Park, CA. The 127,732 sq.ft. center is anchored by Super 1 Mart, PetsMart, Blockbuster, El Pollo Loco and Kragen Auto Parts.

Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) brokered the lease of 25,000 sq.ft. to Michael’s at Commonwealth Center Phase II in Richmond, VA.

The Mills Corporation (703-526-5051) leased the following spaces at Discover Mills in Gwinett County, GA: The HomeCo. leased 90,000 sq.ft.; Sun & Ski Sports took 30,000 sq.ft.; Blacklion leased 25,000 sq.ft. and WestPoint Stevens Outlet Store took 10,000 sq.ft.

Ramsey Real Estate Group (619-223-0825) brokered the lease of 2,400 sq.ft. to April Cornell at 1000 Prospect Street in La Jolla, CA. The company operates 70 locations and will open the La Jolla location in May 2001.
