Lease Signings

Levin Management Corp. (201-444-8717) has leased space to Bally’s Total Fitness at St. George’s Crossing Plaza in Woodbridge, NJ. The fitness center will be co-tenanted by a new Shop Rite, who will take a portion of the 200,000 sq.ft. vacated by Caldor last year.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) brokered the lease of 10,000 sq.ft. to Allied Fashions For Less, Inc. at Tampa Festival Shopping Center in Tampa, FL. The center is anchored by Winn- Dixie, Family Dollar, H&R Block and Rent-A-Center. The company also leased 3,400 sq.ft. to Jimmy Stan Clothing at Unim Planters Plaza in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The center is anchored by Winn-Dixie, Whole Foods and ABC Liquors. The company also brokered the lease of 3,088 sq.ft. to Lady Fitness International at Heritage Hills Shopping Center in Austell, GA. A Fitness Center for Women will join Michaels, GNC and Hobby Lobby in the center.

Stiles Corporation (954-776-9300) brokered two leases for restaurants in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse Village leased 3,089 sq.ft. in 350 Las Olas Centre office tower. Quizno’s took 2,224 sq.ft. in the 450 Las Olas Centre bringing the building’s retail space to full occupancy.

KLNB, Inc. (410-321-0100) brokered the sale of two acres to the 7-11 Corporation at Loudoun Tech Center in Sterling, VA. The company will develop a convenience store with gas pumps on the site. KLNB brokered the lease of 19,500 sq.ft. to Petsmart at Chesterfield Crossing in Richmond, VA. The 400,000 sq.ft. center is located on Hull Street near State Route 288 and was represented by CBL & Associates.

Bieri & Associates (313-962-2800) has brokered leases for the following clients: Yves Saint Laurent took space at South Coast Plaza; Movado’s leased space in Riverside Square and Town Center at Boca Raton; Crane & Company took space in Taubman’s Willow Bend Mall and International Plaza and Tommy Hilfiger will open its first freestanding store in South Beach Miami.

Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) brokered the leases for the following clients: Amore Restaurant leased 1,050 sq.ft. at Branchester Lakes in Prince George’s County, VA; The Movie Gallery the lease of 3,400 sq.ft. at Broadview Shopping Center in Manakin-Shabot, VA; S&K Menswear took 3,970 sq.ft., Mattress Depot took 2,919 sq.ft. and Oreck leased 1,608 sq.ft. at Valley View Station in Roanoke, VA; Mexico Restaurant leased 4,000 sq.ft. at Bermuda Crossroads in Chester, VA and Hong Kong Buffet leased 10,500 sq.ft. at Pocono Crossing in Richmond, VA.
